I'm wearing a Fort Wilderness shirt today, how cool! I am a Fort Wilderness child of the 80s, I love these videos. I can't believe the water is down so low. If I designed a bus wrap, I would make it look like the old 1970s buses that went around the campground. Brown & orange.
Fort Wilderness is our favorite resort! This time of year is especially awesome there! Thanks for getting back there so soon to show us how it made it through the hurricane! 🙂
Micah is a time traveler. He has been spotted walking around Times Square in 1974 and recently snuck into iconic 80s WWF events. Others say he has been door bell ditching Roy Disney in the 1960s and local kids have been getting the blame.
Fun stuff.... liked the story about how Fort Wilderness reminds yall of home.... neat ..... all the Halloween decorations were great..... it is a shame that it looks like there is less people than before.......it was cute how you were playing the game with chip and dale.... you are a big kid at heart..... :) ...... the decorations at night were great, too...... thanks for sharing...... take care....... have a great day.........thanks.......👍👍👍👍
I've heard that around Halloween is the absolute best time of the year to go to Fort Wilderness, perfect time to get there right now after the storm if people can
Those sites that have standing water or what is known as the Cloverleaf loops, which actually flood very easily. We actually stayed at Fort wilderness to escape, hurricane Helene and the campground held up pretty well !
Thank you for sharing your special spot. Fort Wilderness is an amazing place, especially for a proposal. It's so cool that you were able to capture the beauty of the trees, the animals, and even the spooky campsites with candy!
I always love your Halloween episodes!!!! I remember the train at Ft Wilderness! I was a little girl, so I don't remember if the campsites were there. I haven't been to Ft Wilderness in about 20 years - would love to visit! Thanks so much for sharing this with all of us!
Micah that was pretty cool seeing the decorations at the campsites. But I do have a question for you. My daughter and I will be down there starting on Black Friday. We will be going to the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party on Sunday December 1st. My question is, do a lot of campers decorate their campsites with a lot of Christmas decorations, like people do the Halloween decorations? We would love to go there and see them if this is a thing at the end of November/beginning of December.
I swear I heard a steam whistle give one long and one short blast like the Liberty Belle makes. Can that be heard that far away? Or am I hearing things? 😮

I camped at Fort Wilderness very long time ago. I love how everyone gets into the Halloween spirit.

Thanks for sharing Micah! I never knew about the drain pumps, I always thought it was some sort of myth. I would love to stay there one day

The last time I was at Disney that's where I stayed with my
Family. 🎉🎉🎉 fun area
It’s crazy seeing how empty it is since usually October is the busiest time

Hey Micah, what band were you in, and is there any footage of you playing on stage??
