Princess Leia I’m not sure since we didn’t experience and power outage during our stay, but I’m sure Siargao Bleu would have it just in case.

Is their Beach nice too? White and fine sands?
Princess Leia We checked out Isla Cabana too, but we decided to go with Bleu. We had a wonderful experience there.
Princess Leia The beaches are really nice and white sands, but not as fine compared with Boracay sands.
