I just added the biocoffee, creamer and frother to my cart! I'm going to give it a try. I do a plant based protein shake for my breakfast in the morning. I've definitely changed to a more plant based diet, I hardly have meat but I don't see myself as a full out vegan. Thanks for sharing your day. Both of your girls are adorable!

Hello ! :) You should try to add some seeds in your salad (pumpkin seeds, sun-flower seeds for example, and chia seeds - they contain a lot of nutriments), and a few nuts (almonds or cashew for example). They are full of nutriments and they add taste and yummy to the salad. Thank you for being (almost) plant-based diet (dairy generates a lot of suffering for cows and calves, as cows produce milk only if they have babies - in addition to being unhealthy). Sorry for my english. Oh and try Beyond Meat, it's amazing ! Thank you for your videos ♡

It really has helped me shift my mindset around food and "dieting" I don't think I have ever felt healthier ...emotionally. physically and with my mindset around food. Its so freeing to give up counting calories, worrying about carbs, etc... I feel like I am treating my body so well on the inside and out.

Great video! I have to admit I have not liked any vegan cheese options. They just don’t taste good. I have liked Chao, but it frankly doesn’t taste like cheese. It tastes good though ( never tasted it melted). I just make my own vegan cheese sauce. I follow melissa hanson on IG. She has a post on vegan cheese sauce ( Queso)... I will tweak it to suit my needs. I highly recommend following her. She is wonderful!

I'm extremely allergic to wheat grass (symptoms of food poisoning) but the rest looks GREAT! Blueberries and lime juice, veggie enchiladas, almond flour....thanks.

I don’t eat a lot of meat and have problems getting enough protein... Don’t see a lot of protein here either and would love suggestions that doesn’t involve meat substitute products 😘
Lentils, beans, garbanzos (chickpeas) and tofu are great sources of protein. They all can be easily made into veggie patties or into salads, soups. I grew up eating chickpea soup and it’s such a great filling comfort meal. Tofu can be marinaded so many different ways too 😊
Unsalted nuts are full of protein, healthy fats, and a little amount goes a long way! Also plain Greek yogurt has higher protein and lower amounts of sugar than other yogurt and can be mixed into lots of types of snacks and sauces. Quinoa is a complete protein as well. 😊
Also note, all plant based foods have protein which generally provide enough for your body. It's almost impossible to have a protein deficiency. The medical term for it is Kwashiorkor... Ever hear of it? You need to have severe malnutrition to get it. The meat and dairy industries make it sound like we're all going to die of protein deficiency if we don't eat meat and dairy for protein. Research Dr. Greger.

Loving these videos Lisa, Brooklyn is such the little chef in the kitchen, puppy is probably waiting for any food to drop Lol 😂 that’s what my little Charlotte does when I’m in the kitchen cooking, she waits to see if anything spills onto the floor 🤣, I only drink one cup of coffee a day, so I don’t think going caffeine free for me would matter that much, plus I’ve never had that High that some people say they get from caffeine, I don’t eat red meat at all, a little chicken and fish is about it for me and I’m not ready to give up on my cheese either Lol 😂 not that I eat it everyday. We have my brother in law’s memorial today, I’m not looking forward to it, it’s raining and already a miserable morning here and we’ll be taking our new car for it’s first long drive in the wet, not sure if you saw it on my Facebook page sweetie. Being vegan for almost 9 years, I love the fact that you are transitioning to a plant based diet. You have me hooked on the Bio Coffee. I just ordered 3 more boxes! I did make the pancakes. So good. I just added a bit of organic maple syrup. Bruce, of course, added Coco Whip, maple syrup, and fruit. I did eat one cold the next day. Yum. That salad looks incredible!! Lisa, try eating 2 squares of dark chocolate (at least 72%). Great for heart health, and it's loaded with flavanoids. I never thought to add avocados and blueberries together. Have you tried using tofu yet? It will pick up the flavors of anything that you are cooking it with. There are so many amazing vegan cheeses available. The enchiladas look delicious. @@lisajmakeup Daiya makes some great melting cheeses, and their cheese blocks are really good. Miyokos is another great cheese. They have a fabulous mozzarella. Tofutti has a ricotta cheese that you would swear was the real deal. I was fortunate enough to see Rachel last week and she gave me 3 kinds of cheese that she makes herself. Daiya has a vegetable and onion and chive cream cheese that is better than Kite Hill. Have fun experimenting! 😊
