Amazing control of your side of the map. I would have been overwhelmed countless times 😅
I was wondering, would not have been a good idea to build a hitsquad of like 4-6 Gastraphetes? they outrange fortresses and can hit them easily unlike Heliopolis because they dont get body blocked by the chaos of the fight.
I know they arent as fast at killing building as proper siege, but 6 of em can still kill wooden walls and barracks in like 10 seconds or less and then move to the next target quicker.
And fully upgraded I think they kill buildings faster than siege, especially since you have Ephestus upgrade to increase their damage even further.

I am kind of surprised how close this game looked, I thought that after the army kill, this was a shut and done case, didn't think Uranus would be able to keep up with Hephaestus Hades for that long.
Would a switch to Hippikon have been feasible against all those Arcus, or would it have been too expensive?

I feel like you shoukd have capitalized after beating his army when you got to heroic. Maybe do more eco damage or take more of the map. That def punished you in the late game, the lack of map control.
I know my win condition in this MU. Ive seen too many people losing this MU by being silly with their army after they get an advantage. I was simply just happy taking it lategame cause I know I win there.
@@BoitTV of course. Watching it closely I feel like you are right. Just because there was a time he hitted your eco a bit hard but you managed to recompose and keep fighting. But in the late heleopolis+colossus is just game over.
I just got uncomfy watching it beeing so close and scrambly when you runned out of your gold mine lol
question: Is it common for Oranos to get so many relics fast? Did he use valor or made heroes all of the oracles?
I am new to AoM MP but it called my attention his relic grabbing. Isn't the Hippocrates a good resource to get relics as a greek?
Hippocrates is a TotD exclusive unit which we don't play with on Voobly.

Seems like not alot of players realize you can heal with the greeks if you choose Apollo and go for the tech temple of healing.
I think it's probably under utilized, but in this scenario playing defensive with Aphrodite was probably the better choice to get curse + better villies.

How to know how many caravans I need in my games?
if you don't have anymore gold mines on map, then you need a lot of them, maybe around 20 cuz it's only source of your gold income, and without gold you can not make army.
