Great introductory video. Answered a lot of my questions. But highest resolution available is 480!? Would be nice if it were at least 720 or 1080, especially for screensharing videos with text. At this resolution everything is blurry.

Hi! You do not need to create separate accounts - the best practice is to use Event Orchestration rules which can move incidents to the proper services (which could be a combination of Prod/Dev/Staging etc systems).
