Hello, Lauren. Motivation or I should say Lack of is the most common Obstacle People have with Exercising. I would suggest thinking of Exercise as a Health requirement more so than a Fitness activity. Paris Hilton branded Kitchen Accessories, now that’s a Marketing miracle. In the near future, if your House has Foundation Water damage, the Cause won’t be a Mystery. ⛲ Be Well, Bye…

Hi, thank you! I'm not but I really need to get back on the blades. It was great exercise and actually sort of fun (though pretty nerve wracking, not gonna lie).
I am trying to do more weight training also.
Do you work out at home or a gym?
@@HelloLaurenRUclipsboth! I don’t love it either. But as I get older I just feel sluggish and sore if I don’t. Also I do end up feeling better. Doesn’t mean I like it though. 😜 Usually 2 days at the gym for weights and a few days of Blogilates or walking outside etc. it does increase dopamine and helps with mood.
The only things that help me are 1: challenges! I’ll set a 30/60 day challenge to do something daily. You can even make a cute pink sticker chart! Whatever works. For me that doesn’t mean the gym for 60 days… It means anything that’s 20 minutes… So 2 days at the gym and the rest could be walking outside for 20 minutes or Blogilates or yoga. It’s just 20 min so it’s not too overwhelming. I’ve done 90 days and only missed one or two days. And the next day I do 40 minutes.
2: tv and podcasts! I have certain shows and podcasts and audiobooks that I am ONLY allowed to listen to when I am on the elliptical or on the stairmaster or on a walk. that helps me since I would rather be watching tv! Haha
Also you could do something like after 50 visits to planet fitness you can book a Disney trip! Or buy a new lounge fly. … actually it should be something that you would not normally be able to get easily.
