This game is all about resource collection for yourself and resource denial for the enemy. Light calvary is the primary key. As you are building your Infantry, you need to send repeated, 1 way, large scale light calvary raids targeted at first at food production (100-300 strong). They can also destroy mines along the way. Every once and a while, you can send a heavy calvary formation along with them. This will keep the enemy off balance. Once your Infantry is large enough and organized, you can use it to take and hold ground. Don’t forget defensive troop upgrades. Also priests are a worthwhile unit to attach to your formations, as they can heal units in the middle of a fight.
Watched a bit of the game. Lots of room for improvement. You could have fended off most raids by positioning much better for defense. You had both a hill to the south and east of your base. Build walls in front of it and place a bunch of musketteer formations on top of that. Put them in stand ground. That way if they try to raid they will either have to bypass your wall where you rally your troops or spend time cutting through the wall while being shot at. That time you can use to move your cavalry in position to intercept.
Very good advice for sure! I’ve always been very bad at using the environment and terrain more to my advantage… any tips on upgrade order or resource management?
@@theweirdbubble nah naaah, you're fine. By ass I mean everyone teamed up against you guys and that one ass guy exploited ships despite artillery being disabled.
Hello there! That’s a really good question, man. I’m sorry but I don’t remember the card I had on my old computer with the AMD processor. Have you read anything on this thread? steamcommunity.com/app/333420/discussions/1/1458454827731530099/?l=danish&ctp=2
@@danielmunoz2316 no worries, I hope it works out for you! I think I used to get the black screen but managed to solve it by going into the local files of the game in steam and play a certain program in the C3 folder in admin mode or something I don’t quite remember…
Recently started playing once again. Thanks for showing multiplayer games!
I’m happy you enjoy it and I hope you’ll have a great experience! 😃
