I went to a concert very recently. The crowd started to cheer on Ricky and Chris stared in bewilderment and announced it was the first time he had ever heard a RIcky cheer. Then proceeded playfully to tell him to not get a big head we were all still there for him. God I Love that man. Hes not only a genius, he's also very playful and seemed so happy to be on stage doing what he loves. 😂😍
This man is a true artist. His voice sounds like a dark angel. Love how he switches up the flow. I was stoked when I saw that I was only 15 minutes late to watch his newest video.

The reason i love this band, and Chris is because they can go from Manson, to BB, then in the middle of the song, drop a major breakdown that sounds like mid 00's metalcore all in a 3 and a half minute span.
I know you probably don't read these, but my family has gone through the wringer in the last few months. This song just hits differently when you listen to it when you've been fighting the darkness after seeing one of the toughest people you know laying in a hospital bed for 2+ months with no end in sight. Cinematic masterpiece? While I enjoy what Jensen Noen does, along with Phoenix Vaughn, Ruth Devereaux, Frank & Ivanna Borin, & Jessica Harris, all they did was film in a white room. Certain angles of Chris in the bed looked like Travis Barker with hair.
Commented a year ago but wanted to thank them for this song. Oddly enough, it got me through my dad being in the ICU and ultimately passing away a few days ago. "When numbness and pain are synchronized" pretty much summed up that whole experience. And the song gave me such a release for all the anger and grief that go with losing a loved one.

I have missed out on MIW for years now. I knew them back during their first few albums. I come back and here they are! WOW! I love the Breaking Benjamin-sounding vocals on the chorus. These guys are still awesome.

It's weird that *certain people* will claim MIW steals ideas and beats when they're set so far apart. Chris, you've helped so many with your music. Whether you see this or not thank you. Your music has been with me through so many of my transformations as a person and I've gotten more appreciation for it as time marches forward.
They have their own sound and dark personality. I don't think they sound like anyone else.
