You will love the 20. My Paps also bought a new 2020 450. He had a 19 450 before, and the 20 pulls (and sounds) waayyy better. You can tell that they updated the intake, sounds less "bubbly" then the older trucks. One thing to keep in mind (our only issue) is from the factory, ours was one of the first to get to the dealer, and it would do something whack going down a hill where it wouldnt hold the speed going down (even with the exhaust brake on), would even shift up so if you didnt physically push the brake it would just keep accelerating. It was a transmission issue (wasnt locking up), but we had the dealer look up factory updates and the reflashed it and it fixed the problem. So if you notice something like that, thats the problem, nothing mechanical. 👍 And now we love the 10spd. Awesome truck.
It's a really nice truck except the aquarium thing on the headliner....level... airbags....22" forces on some toyo MTs paint match everything low pro trifold tonneau painted white of course.... rigid light bar behind the grill some rock lights and call it a day!!! The truck comes stock with all the cool stuff already!
I totally agree on the door buttons, I have the exact same thing on my 05 F-350 lol. We know Ford has the tech, my old '13 Fusion had a touch panel that you couldn't see until you touched it and it lit up. I don't know why they still have the buttons like that on the trucks.

Just guessing, but I’m guessing that you’re going to take off the IMO, great looking wheels it has and put the boring black wheels on it. He had his work coveralls on and was driving his dirty work truck. He asked to look at that ram and the salesman told him "thats an $80k truck, let's go find you something you can afford". Hahaha!!!! Little did he know my pops was going to write a check for that truck after his trade in (worth about $40k). Haha my dad told him "no i'll go somewhere else". 🤦♂️
The 2 LED like buttons you pointed out are the internal motion sensor the truck will alarm if the motion sensor picks movements inside the truck while its locked
smaller fords, like my 2016 explorer has the integrated keyless entry, its black and matches the side of the door, once you press or swipe it it lights up red
The keyless entry on fords are genius I swear I my dad had an F-150 all the time I was growing up and we used that key pad all the time for like thirteen years and the buttons never wore down
6:03 Always thought I was like the only guy that really cared about the black headliner. Looks soooo much nicer and instantly increases the high end feel of a vehicle.
the little things in the headliner by the aux switches are sensors. one is pointed at each window and monitor if a window breaks and sets off the alarm if the truck is locked and armed.
Install the any level lift that comes with airbags for towing. That way when your pop's drives it he can go stock height if he wants to but when you drive it or take it to shows you can go as high as possible
nice truck some of the 2020 superduty 450 are having rear heated seat problems not heating up the steering wheel isnt straight and some other isues on the 6.7 powerstroke id wait for a 2021 model
I got a leftover 2019 F-250 lariat (gas motor) in January , I swapped my 2012 GMC 3500 in for it I absolutely love it , the mirrors are incredible there are no blind spots

Look down the sides of that truck. Make sure the bed lines up with the cab. I work at a Ford dealer and see a bunch of new truck where the bed is off to either side of the cab.
They are motion sensors for the inside for when the truck is locked. If anyone gets in while it was locked (broke a window) and the motion sensors pick up movement, it won’t start.
The lock pad looked way better on the older door than on the pillar. Not to sure why they keep rolling that direction. I’m sure they have a the max speed set in the Mykey settings? Or it could be governed. Once you start using the step in the tailgate you never want a truck without one. Lol! I thought the same thing on my first truck with it. Those are perimeter sensors for the alarm. If you leave the window open and somebody sticks their hands or something In thru one of the open windows it will sound the alarm.

Any level lift with dump flatbed like the kodiak with 22.5s on her and color match and powdercoat eveything keep the street tires on the 22.5s and not mud tires to keep that tow hauler look

The key pad is integrated on all but their trucks or as a add on. I have the Explorer Platinum and it does great!!

Any Level Lift & Kelderman both offer the option of adjustable height. Lower it for practicality and raise the lift for shows or fun or whatever.
