Terrae Essence is about uniqueness and earthy notes.Which is great because you can really enjoy some of the flankers in your collection without being redundant. Actually I've got Man in Black, Terrae Essence and Rain Essence (another underrated gem) which all in all they cover most of the year. Love the three of them. No one can really tell you when its brst for what season, im in Aust and we are coming into Summer, some reviewers are saying its a cooler weather frag others are saying its a warm weather scent, ive had a 15ml tester for about 9mths and ive been using it here and there for after a shower at night to work out the scent, you wouldnt blind buy it, it has a bit of Hermes edt DNA but it is an earthy scent, so if you are insecure and want all compliments prob not going to happen here, but its not a teenager or a 20yr olds frag, to me its 35 yrs or more Im 48 so i find it more of a mature scent and something you wouldnt just buy if you were just getting into frags, I went to a major retailer the other day and a 100ml bottle accidently fell into my shopping bag ( lol) its selling in Aust for around $170 AUD to $195 AUD for 100ml, but the more ive been playing around with the tester, the more I like it, but its either love or hate, its a cologne of its own, so its like a Farenheit its not for everyone, if you are a pretty boy DONT BUY it as it does have some bad boy/man factors to it, but its for someone who doesn't want to be the same so I might actually open the big bottle and not sell it, as ive been picking up that smoke scent and really like it, but as I think its going down the track of Hermes edt but just not as smooth and classy but you have to give it a chance. Ive had Wood Neroli for over a year and basically forgot about it, so that ive heard is going to be discontinued, and also for Winter/Autumn have Man In Black which is like a Spicebomb but in its own way. But im liking this more and I havent gone in public with it yet but I might tomorrow, coz I don't buy for what women will think i buy for me, so my 83 bottle designer onky collection is quality over quantity so only the class ones get a spot in the " Fragrance Room. Im not a niche guy, i do have a shoe box packed with 5ml testers of all different niche prob worth a few thousand bucks, but yeah there is some decent ones but I like designer world hunting gems and discontinued frags and buying them. So i think im set now for a while and will enjoy the fruits of my labour, but Ive always got room for mors but will wait til the end of summer to see what comes out for Autumn and Winter.
