LA-Bot Smart R/C Robot

I replaced the battery terminals back in May and today put brand new batteries in it and fixed the legs and it works great. This robot is actually not mine, it’s my step brother’s robot but I wanted to film it because I never posted it on my channel before. I might get one for my own eventually, maybe the same color maybe a different color who knows I will put the color’s down below in the description.
1. White with blue accents
2. Black with yellow orange accents

Why is its other part of the robot’s finger a bit like Robosapien’s fingers? The company behind that robot didn’t rip Robosapien off, did they?
