Ever since I started watching these Starfield News vids, I have to watch them every time I see a new one up. They fill a huge void that’s there in the Starfield Community of good news, real Starfield News, and not RUclips rehash from content creators who don’t even play the game anymore or barely.

Get a lot of my news from you, looking forward to a lot of the Mods you‘ve shown off the past few weeks, glad to see that major projects are starting to be developed like Defying Fire and StarSim, hope the Modding scene continues this way. “Dead Game“ my ass lmao

I have not had the issue with missing textures with the Perfect Recipe mod. So far, at least! Currently, I am having an issue of missing fall damage. I probably wouldn't have noticed except for wanting to level the Gymnastics skill, and it requires you to take some fall damage to unlock the second rank. It wouldn't surprise me if it is mod related somehow, but I have no idea which one it might be. Noel has no clue either.
The main problem is all these new vehicles in the game but you are the only one in the Universe riding around in them. It's very immersion-breaking in you would think Bethesda would have already coded this into the game but it makes no sense I'm a master chief engineer and game dev and I'm making my own game it blows me away how toxic the mod community is just money-hungry since anybody has access to make mods they are taking advantage of the customer using this mythic. I will make sure not to have paid DLC it would all be free I will continue to keep updating it with new content for all my paying customers like NO Man Sky because you already paid for the game cheers everyone.

Noel! Alright Richard you convinced me to get the ship battle and biome mods. Do you have any tips for how I should arrange my load order for the best performance? I use mods from both Nexus and Creations.
I think from seeing this the creator could make so much really neat poi to find in procedural areas and these areas seem like geological interests which would be neat

I wish Bethesda would add an Achievement Enabled mod tab in Creations and I hope Verified Creators make their pre-existing mods Achievement Friendly. However, it seems at least one Verified Creator is charging 100 Creation Credits for enabling Achievements while the free versions do not have Achievements enabled. I hope it’s possible for Verified Creators to make free mods that are Achievement Friendly.
@ I held off playing Starfield until Achievement Enabled mods were added. Many of the older mods I want to use are free and were created by Verified Creators. Now I am just waiting until for them to be updated. I may use some Microsoft Rewards to get some paid mods, however, that is unlikely.
Joyeux Noel! Have to admit that Patch 2.2 has sucked me back into Cyberpunk 2077 with a new play through that will lead to Phantom Liberty DLC which I’ve had since last Xmas…that being said I miss my ships.
Daily reminder. It's been 16 months since launch. And we have gotten one dlc/story expansion from Bethesda for Starfield. One. What's next? The silence from Bethesda is deafening.
@RichardBejtlich Yeah, but historically, they would have at least hinted as to what the next DLC offering might be by now. They've planted seeds for possible storylines. The mystery surrounding the disappearance of Constellation founder Sebastian Banks springs to mind.

I have found that mods on Xbox X are much more temperamental. Example: the Midas Destroyer is only accessible in early game with a small save file, later in the game it will cause the game to crash, regardless of load order.
I can believe that. Based on my experimentation with the Xbox app for PC, even if you delete a mod it sometimes leaves files behind that can conflict with others. That's why some people on Xbox have success totally removing content and then reinstalling. That's just not good content management by the Xbox side I think.
Total immersive first person with no loading screens and seamless flight to land on planet surface including flight from one location on planet to another location on planet with full flight controls in the planet landing zone. They have done this very well in No Mans Sky...
Hi is there a mod that enables the forward thrust on the hovercraft? I've seen talk of it but never seen it mentioned explicitly, and cannot find it in the keyboard mappings. my craft just go up and down.n
I can't even remember what it's called , but I've been using a mod that gets rid of the black screen when traveling between systems and replaces it with a wormhole visual . For that specific load screen I think it's the best mod I've seen so far and it's not even new . I've been using it since march I think .
How about a multiplayer version where thousands of people can adventure the universe together as starborn and PVP battles over artifact drops and essence.
@@RichardBejtlich Lots of modders do this. For instance that exoskeleton from 510Deshawn is ripped right from Call of Duty. His weapons too. Google "Call of Duty Exoskeleton." I don't think it's legit either, especially if you don't mention it in the title or mod description. The Atlas suits are from Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

I use my Xbox controller. It's the same mechanic as sprinting. For me that is left stick.
