I used to smile because i feel like but now that smile is taking so much courage to came up its forced to came up. Its taking all courage to show that i am fine when i am not when things are so badly broken and want peace a place to sit and let it out just me and my heart to feel lighting wanna just sream and cry so badly. It sounds strange to say but these videos help🙏. It's like they can explain and verbalise feelings and thoughts better than I could, it's like it's put into a story to sum it up. I don't think there is another video like this one that could sum up how I feel at the moment.

I feel I may have been a bit overboard. Apologies if so. I have found a calmness through meditation. Speaking to myself.. helps.

Its honestly inane that I get to work every single day as a cook for Wolfgang Puck. I literally reached a level not a lot of purple get to, but yet deep inside I'm broken. I don't know how to deal with the guilt of pushing my child's mother away from my life. How do you learn to recognize your hard work and achievements when the soul purpose was to provide for the family you broke yourself? How do i forgive myself?.
