BUYER BEWARE THERE IS A LOT OF HIDEN COSTS IMAGINE 20% TAXES just saw a video and thought the proerty was cheap. now i know why the owner wants to get rid of it at a cheap price poor couple that bought it, hopefully they can aford it. snake oil salesmen
