    I just discovered your channel, loved your info. FYI ... those rhinestone picker uppers aren't the Crystal Katana...the Crystal Katana is by the Crystal Ninja Kellie Defries. She rhinestoned an entire car with her Katana. I have a couple of the cheapy ones that I got before, and while they work the tip is not the same, I have to keep reshaping the tip. I do plan on purchasing the actual one when I get some money to spare just because she hand makes them here and she put a lot into the development of her product.

    I ordered a rose gold tumbler so i can place rose gold rhinestones on it. Do you think if i sand it down it will take the rosegold stainless steel color off? Should i sand it down or leave it alone? When you rhinestone tumbler using colored rhinestone should you always spray paint the tumbler that color? What color rhinestone you used for the tumbler that very blingy did you paint the tumbler before you did it?

    • @mrscappscrafts
      @mrscappscrafts  4 года назад

      I would do just a really light sand all over the tumbler. Enough to rough up that smooth surface but not enough to risk the color. You don't have to spray paint it to match but it helps if there are any gaps in between your stones so its hard to tell since its the same color. For the silver one it was a clear acrylic tumbler and i just lightly sanded and thats it no spray paint!

      if you are having a lot of glue spill over the top you are using too much glue. While it is still wet just wipe down with a baby wipe. For once its hardened im not sure.
