If you go check out the Rockstar Newswire article about the update, in the picture you can see an NPC inside the prison cell. So it is possible that we will be catching NPCs and taking them to the jail inside a possible business property building that you'll need to buy.

I got GTA+ so I could get the 100 car garage but for some reason I can't get it or the Vinewood car club. They don't even show up on my map.
Look up the location and go there find the sign, I had to do that with the 50 car garage it didn’t show til I bought it😊

The last few months the GTA+ subscription has had the same benefits that we got as normal players. My guess is that in the next couple of weeks we will get double money on security contracts and GTA+ will get 4x.
I dont always get gta plus but this month is definitely worth agency discounts and double $ on security contracts thatsa definitely a good reason for new players to get it security contracts are pretty straightforward nothing too difficult even on specialist and specialist + difficulty

Regarding the rewards the outfit from last month (Racing suit) and this month (LS Jumpsuit) have not unlocked for me so I give up on those, Rockstar support is not efficient.
I had issues with those and all it took was an email to rockstar support. They are pretty efficient to say the least
