In our fast-paced lives, it is sometimes hard to find slow moments. In the hustle and bustle, we forget that in the small things we can find peace and quiet. Little things like baking a loaf of bread at home, watering the garden, feeding the leaven, washing the dishes, doing the chores, bringing the August spirit into the kitchen can all serve to calm our souls. My home has always been a place where I find peace and where I can breathe.
