I'm an engineer at a TV station. I figured the test would either go as smooth as butter or be complete chaos. Luckily it was smooth, although everyone got the alert on their phones at 2:19:40, so about 20 seconds early (I'm in Eastern time), with the test going out over the air about 20 seconds late. But everything worked, and the test originated successfully from the usual three sources they normally originate from.
