Early 2025 Things on the mind - Jhana8

This video was just shot spontaneously last night as I was sitting on top of a viewpoint near our home in Krabi, Thailand. I mused about how I wish more people knew about a state of mind that is absolutely painfree... sufferfree. A state of mind in which the ego - the you, the self, just doesn't exist.
At the end of the video I talk a little about my goals for the new year - 2025.
