I always move as much as possible during aimbots maps. And i always put enemies moving with different speed and always has elevation on so i flic towards heads moving side to side and up and down. Sometimes i mix in peak walls and boxes. I also jump and make sure i know how fast my gun is accurate after i change elevation.
Because one thing is to instantly hit a headshot you already are aware of its position, and then there is the times when you are supriced by enemy position, but still need to factor in ur own movement to hit accurate, this may be more relevant for me as i only deagle :p

I totally agree. Decent warm up but you have to practice realistic situations. There’s better training maps. I feel like I get better with a lot of death match over this. It’s actual players, there’s a lot of them, it’s hectic and the guns keep changing.

Moving only your mouse is useful practice as well but only if the bots are set to move randomly; it mirrors situations during competitive when you hold an angle and the foe is peeking you.

It will improve your static aim, but you have to deliberately practice integrating it into your gameplay. If you grind this, you should go into a retake server and deliberately practice flicking quickly to heads exactly how you practiced.
Bridge the gap between your specific practice and the game by deliberately integrating it. If you just load up a competitive game and spray the body like most people, of course this delibetate headshot flicking program you have been building in your brain simply won't come online.
