Don’t you think that making the prediction from the data in the skill select as of April this year would be more reliable? Instead of 2-4 years ago?

( totally completed ) and then i took diploma course in 2012 dec intake which gave me visa till NOV 2013 but i couldn’t finish due to health issues, i have stayed 6 month in india for treatment then again i applied for the same diploma course IN 2013 With medical certificate and i got Visa till march 2015 , which also couldn’t finish and stayed till 2015 with student visa. i have submitted EOI on basis of IT DEGREE AND GOT NOMINATION AS WELL. i have all time legal stay in australia. does it effect in 491 visa that why i couldn’t finish study and stayed in australia with student visa?? from ( 2012 to 2015). 2). i have one refusal of 485 visa in 2013. reason of refusal is not providing documents. due to medical condition i was not able to give english exam, so i didn’t submit my documents. does it affect my application?? But the problem with the extra 35,000 is mostly allocated to heathcare workers , infrastructure workers and tech workers . In the 195,000 almost 50,000 is allocated to family/spouse visa . Today already 12,200 189 allocation used and none went to IT/ACCOUNTANT

They could fill the quota with just applicants from china and India only as they have more then 1 billion people and there are so many people with 100 points from this countries But I guess they try to spread to more nationalities???
