I dont care what everyone says, for me, Teruhashi does likes Saiki. Mabye at the begining it was all just because she wanted his attention, but in later episodes we can see that she does actually cares for him and wants to be with him. 👹
It's honestly amazing. This anime really show character development, but hides it by using the comedy element. There are also other things that I noticed like Saiki first wants to get rid of his friends to him watching his friends to make sure they don't do something stupid. there's also Saiko who people really hate cause he's a rich douche, but later, he taken a liking with his friends. And also, us the audiences, where we probably dislike Nendou because he's dumb and annoying to Saiki, but later we see how Nendou is such a bro and we need people like him..
Teruhashi is the best character in the series don't come at me lmao She may be narcissitic but in a good way? Lmao She really does care for her friends and isn't your typical popular girl who's mean and whatever. She's a people pleaser and really does try her best to make everyone happy (like when she went out of her way to memorize everything people told her, like their names, birthdays, etc., just so they would be happy). It's funny how people still somehow misunderstand her. Like you can dislike her or not ship her with Saiki but Teruhashi really isn't a bad character.
exactly!! she gets misunderstood so many times its so devastating especially since shes absolutely my favorite character. tho i wouldnt consider her a “narcissist” i think shes just a bit self-centered/overconfident and somewhat arrogant yknow? maybe her thoughts may be negative, and may be judgemental at times, but she isnt offending nor attacking anyone at all. she isnt the stereotypical male magnet egocentric wealthy popular girl, or whatever. thats what makes me adore her.

One of my favorite lines(atleast in the english dub) was in the Okinawa episodes where she said something like “what am i the prettiest most amazing incredible girl doi- OH SAIKI”
Well, she just fell for Saiki, so she was definitely in new territory there. Not to mention the time where Saiki’s brother asked if they were dating just to tease her.
