I used the Oneplus case for 1 day just so I can comfortable leaving my house. I've been using this exact case for 2 days now and I love it. I have a faux leather one coming in the mail.
They used to make wireless charging additives but it still used the USB ports and that kind of defeats the purpose because you have to use the USB C port and you might as well use a 67 watt or the 80 watt mobile charger as opposed to a 7 - 10 watt type.
This im gonna use a Sopiguard skin and a clear case when mine arrives. Ordered he sticker bomb skin which I think its gonna look sick 😆 probably not to everyones taste of course but I think it'll look awesome with a clear case over it or without the case when im home etc

I have this case. The fitment is terrible in terms of how easily the pieces come off. I ended up ordering 1/8 inch double sided tape from Amazon and cutout pieces and added them myself. It was an absolute pain but well worth it. It's so much more sturdy now. I also added a Spigen Magsafe plate to the back for my car mount. These cases are basically crap but there aren't many options so it is what it is. I may grab a aramid fiber case and go that route

The price is still steep for the phone. My OP 11 is still going strong but I definitely wanna give the Open a try. Just hope it gets to that $1k price eventually.

I've never needed a case and never damaged a phone. These phones are well built, with gorilla glass and strong metal alloys. But they aren't indestructible or stupid proof. I know two people in my family with shattered screens and both have cases on their phones. Whether or not you damage your phone will be based on how well you treat it, and adding some plastic won't change that.
There's never going to be a good case for a phone like this. The experience will always be better without one. Do yourself a favor and ditch the cheap plastic.

Too bad Tmo won’t sell it
Don't buy phones from Tmo (or any carrier). They put their own bloatware on it, delay updates, and charge you more for the device. You are much better off buying it unlocked. You will pay less in the long term, get updates quicker, and get better value on it when you sell or trade it in.
Nokia actually made phones that the case will give it wireless charging in 2012ish 🥲
