I ❤ growing sprouts. I put them on my eggs in the morning and know I have gotten a powerful plant in my body early in the day. Broccoli sprouts are so impactful to your health! I also sprout salad greens. I add them to homemade avocado dressing. It’s quicker than going through all the washing and chopping of veggies. I always get some fresh garlic and onions in there too. If people just knew how quickly you can fix a fresh meal with sprouts, they might just eat at home more often. It saves you money! Not to mention your health ❤

I recently discovered this plant; I had never knew it existed; I fell in love with it so much so that I considered it in my top 3 faves; but portulacas and ice plants are my absolutely most favourite of all plants; In one of your prior videos last year I think; I asked you if you could do a video for the summertime favourite portulaca or purslane; you mentioned that it didn’t do well in your zone; but I sent my aunt these plants in Connecticut in May last year; I told her they won’t survive the winter; but she loved them so much she decided to overwinter them indoors; and they are doing fine; she said she my get a few grow lights to give them a boost for more light; but isn’t Connecticut colder than PA where you live ? I live in Nevada and it’s nowhere near as cold as the New England area. Is there a chance you’ll have portulaca next summer?
Hi Devan, my seeds are over a year old, can I still use them, also I just grew mung sprouts and part of them were brown, now I know you can u citric acid to them for no mold, I lived in San Diego for over a decade and that was my go to sandwhich, good bread mayo sprouts avocado cheese and melted slightly, Coronado got me hooked, my boys love these, but also like you I like tomato with it.
Lol i really dont like adult vegies on their own especially broccoli . I can tolerate sprouts though. Ive been growing sprouts for a short time now and its great!
I have a friend who eats plant based. A jar and bag of sprout seeds will make a nice gift for her. Thanks for the inspiration!

As long as your seeds have been in the fridge they should be fine!
