This is absolutely beautiful! I love seeing the 'older' stamps used along with the new ones. Thank you for sharing your beautiful, creative ideas with us. Watching one of your vids is a great way to start a day ... finish a day ... or any time in between! I haven't had a go at any of your creations yet, but just watching gets my own creative thoughts flowing. It's also introduced me to new products ... eg the Pan Pastels and chalk pencils .. and shown me how to incorporate some products (like pastel sticks) that I've had languishing in drawers. It's also taught me how adding mattes really finishes a project. Rather than putting panels aside, or adding them to a card as I've always done, I've been trying to do this too. I'd love to see how you manage to keep them straight and unbuckled ... mine seem to be all over the place ... they look fine, then go lumpy-looking overnight! Anyway, thanks so much Lisa for all you share with us.
Thank you Virginia! I’m delighted to help. That’s what I hope. I’m glad to assist with your creativity. We are all unique. That’s important. My framing isn’t precise. I usually go by eye. I chose a colour from the picture and black. The secret is having a large guillotine. Thank you so much for your support and kind words ! Xx
Yeah those brushes are something else. I’ve worked with them some. They are sooo highly pigmented. I would call them the wild child of art mediums because they are so unpredictable. You have to be somewhat of a free spirit to deal with them. Not for control freaks. Gotta be a “go with the flow” type of person in a literal sense of the word. She does beauty like no other. It’s my relax with a tea or coffee time when she starts ringing that bell.
Your sense of color and proportion are so much better than any other stamping out there. Thank you so much for sharing these creations. They've been such an inspiration for me to get started! 😘🥰
There's nothing like the heady scent of an English Bluebell wood. Out with the beagles today we got to see dainty little snowdrops peeking through. Magical just like your beautiful art. Thank you Lisa for sharing with us X
Have fun on your vacation. Godspeed. Nice artwork as usual. I would love to see a whole gallery filled with your artwork. I’m not alone in that I would bet. Toodles!
Wow Lisa this is absolutely gorgeous... so full of colour and the composition is just lovely and I love that little fairy (Bella?) in the background... love everything about it... 😍🤗💕
@@inkyblisscreations Yes you're right about the Brushos but they do make some fantastic backgrounds once you learn how to use them!... 😊you take care as well and stay safe... 👃🤗💕
Hello🙂 watching your videos is like walking through wonderland...thank you so much for letting me / us be part of this fantastic world. 🥰❣ i found you recently, because i am a big fan of the lavinia stamps...lovely greetings from germany - coco
As always a fantastic tutorial. Always have to watch them as soon as they are posted. Love your work so much. I have definitely try and made pictures I would never of done without your teaching x
Wow !!! As usual you never cease to amaze me with your talent. I love watching your videos I learn something new every time. Also love listening to your sweet voice and the calming music you pick. Don't ever stop inspiring people. ❤ Love from sunny South Australia
Thank you Lisa for being such an inspiration with this lovely Meadow scene, I wish I were as brave as you using so much water on project with watercolour paper. Thank you so much. Sandy
Amazing! I would have been worried about the brusho's creating mud, but it is beautiful! Thank you for sharing this technique. I may have to try this. I enjoy watching you turn a blank page into a beautiful work of art.
Thank you Yvonne! The same colour wheel rules apply. - don’t mix colours opposite on the colour wheel . I find though that brushos are so vibrant and mix very well. You only need tiny sprinkles. 🙏☺️
Thank you for this beautiful video, always an inspiration. The Lavinia stamps are absolutely beautiful but the magic you bring to them has taught me so much about depth of field, light placement, perspective and creating richness and depth in the background to allow the stamps to glow in the forefront. Thank you for sharing your expertise and talent with us. Cheers from Canada!
Fabulous Lisa!!! I enjoyed watching your video, taking the time for that, you deserve it so much! :) Thank you, your cards are all so amazing and stunning each time! xx
That was amazing! I have brushos but never thought to use in such a way. I will have to give it a try and then try not to panic. 😉 I guess that is how we learn. Thank you for sharing this technique!
That was a great way to start my day. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience, and how to put a lot in a picture without it looking overcrowded and messy. Your colours keep the light and the texture from the embossing gives depth. Once again, I have most of the ingredients, apart from oxides, but you said that plain distress inks work well too, so I'm not put off from the start. Now, where did I put those glitter pens...
Awesome video, as always, and thank you so much for sharing it with us. I'm going to attempt this. I have just about all the supplies except I don't have Brushos but I do have Nuvo Shimmer Powders. Would these work?
Yes Kelley they would work also pixie powders from creative expression. Thank you! Glad you will have a go. I really hope you enjoy creating your version! Xx
Hi Lisa, Can I ask you a quick question about the sun? After the pastels, did you use a gel pen and then water over top of that? I always love your sunny days. I'm going to give this a try tomorrow even though I have absolutely none of the stamps you used. Those bluebells are so beautiful. They have been on my wishlist for a while.
Yes Teri I think I did. It was a while ago so I can’t remember but what you described is sometimes what I do. What ever works to get the effect. Layering works well if you dry between layers. 🙏☺️😘
Thank you Sheila ! In terms of the supply list most of the list is general supplies. The only specific things I change for each video are the stamps. Hopefully the links for them are correct. One link is for the entire set of new release stamps. X
Full of awesomeness. stunning colours - a most wonderful demonstration. Thank you Lisa x
Thank you Susan. So glad you enjoyed it! X

This is one of the most beautiful backgrounds, that I've had ever seen. Love the combination of the brushos with the embossed parts. So amazing. 😍😍😍
Much appreciated Ankes! ☺️😘
