Solar-Powered Water Systems: Solar Pump Demonstration Project

In this video, you'll meet tenant farmer Karl Paulson, of Paulson Family Dairy in Virginia. Paulson walks us through his motivation and decision-making process for installing a solar-powered water system for his herd of heifers. By working with Paulson's local extension office, he was able to find an efficient, temporary solution to his watering needs by installing a solar-powered pumping system.
