They should do this with ANY skill you spend money on. The fact that they make you pay for the skills, THEN make you pay for the skills if you want to KEEP them tells you it is a money grab. For a game that I love so much, it sure is not hiding the fact that they want to take your money. You should not have to pay to protect what you already purchased. I don't have gold skills, but I do have many purple skills that I want to carry over to new dogs now that they have increased the skill cap for dogs.
@ Yes. I’m too gun shy to test. I increased the March capacity using purple skills. Cost closer to 80k diamonds per. So I don’t want to test after the coin THAT cost me!!!!

I agree with you. I think it works the same but I have not tested it with purple skills. Perhaps I’ll try that one time.
