Kost is worst, their some of the current staff treat customers very disrespectfully, I had the worst experience (last weekend ) of dining out in my entire life, I asked for a patio seating over the phone & they said patio can’t be reserved it’s only for walkins, I walked-in & was told patio not for walk-ins !!! Expressed my confusion to the hostess she said it’s full anyway we’ll let u know once a table becomes vacant, I sat and 2 minutes in I walked around the patio to find 4 vacant tables and ran into the same hostess again & let her know about the vacant tables &her facial expressions were so angry and spoke in a snappy tone, telling me the tables are on waiting list for ppl who walked-in before me so I have to be on a waiting list too, 35 minutes later (my order wasn’t taken yet) & the 4+ tables were still vacant & not anyone moved on to them !!!! My waitress came to take my order & I let her know abt the situation she said I have nothing to do with it I’ll speaking to the hostess, hostess came back to my table instead of the waitress (this was my 2nd time speaking to her beside when I walked in 1st) & started snapping right away with things like : you’re causing negative energy in the place !!! You’re making my staff uncomfortable (what staff the waitress who came once to take my order & I told her that I will take a drink but I prefer taking my food on the patio when it becomes available though i see it has been available already for the last 35 min) & what negative energy!!! i spoke to both the hostess & the waitress very normally, I expressed my astonishment to her & her she says: I can’t talk to you any further but i can call security to talk to you if you want !!!! I never had seen anything like that before & still can’t make sense of the situation. Hostess claimed that she was the manager & she ran the place!!!! & that there’s no one above her to talk to ( lied obviously because literally everyone pointed to her as the hostess!!) I ended up leaving the places for I didn’t want to cause a scene nor did I think I could’ve enjoined my dining at that place after the issue, emailed the place afterward & no one responded, & I found out that there are tones of reviews on the internet about the attitudes of the staff with the customers… the whole situation could’ve been handled if she explained why the tables were empty & I can’t (nor anyone) be seated on them but she decided to lie, or at least she could’ve behaved in more professional & respectful manners ! if the whole places has respect to customers they wouldn’t respond to my email and apologized !
