I don't know how it didn't occur to me that "granny-like" was referring to the game Granny like "souls-like" refers to Dark Souls, all this time I thought that when he was saying "granny-likes" he was referring to games that grannies would enjoy playing.
Fun fact: for a while "FPSs" were called "Doom-likes"

"a remake of re6 is unlikely because the game was bad" maybe it is in greater need of a remake then than games that are already critically acclaimed as is. in fact re6 makes more sense to remake than re4. but obviously the point of remakes is just to sell the games that everyone already knows are good a second time at full price.

i used to have nightmares of the old guy from the six flags venga commercials. like id wake up and wander out of my room and he'd be there, just standing in the dark livingroom, that smile once he noticed me. i had a dream once that i was sitting on the couch one night, and he just like, pushed out from the crevice of the cushions underneath me and i jumped up, he never said anything, he just smiled, knowingly, mockingly. i couldn't stand the commercials, the smile, terrifying, i hate six flags, who decided to advertise with something like that?
