Honest Review: I'm going to be in my judgement on this game and not include the negative impact it had on RL (give us trading back pls) The game feels very responsive which i was not expecting, If you like racing games, its fun to have a ranked mode in a racing game to grind. I can see alot of potential for the future of this game, IF they listen to the community, which Hopefully they will as we've seen Fortnite add a bunch in terms of creative possibility. TLDR: Game is good, a lot of potential, RIP Rocket League

Honestly I think it is a quite funny gamemode and the fact that you can unlock painted variants of oem for rl is really nice So if they keep this up and add new items for upcomming season this could be nice
Imagine if they would have put this much work in rocket league which all ready has a higher player count , maybe would have stopped people from leaving... wait and see in a week or so RL racing will have less then 50k players , so 2 years they used the dev team.. so we not nothing, to now make RL die and RL racing will never be big
So its a standard fare lame-o racing clone that happens to have RL Octanes in it but nothing else from RL? How is this better than all the other racing games? And what about this could possibly attract RL players? The only benefit seems to be to FN players getting a racing mode and FN must be a sinking ship to have a need for this. If this is what players wanted, well, we want trading too....
the fortnite community didn't ask for this either. People just want old movement back. Epic keeps doing everything to turn fn into a roblox clone: lowering the skill cap in br, adding age ratings to maps (for no reason) and making weird game modes noone asked for. This mode is kinda fun, but the servers will be empty in 2 weeks and it's destroying both rocket league and fortnite.
You can unlock painted variants of oem for both rl and fortnite through the tasks/missions tab if they keep this and add other items in upcomming seasons this could actually be a really good reason for us rocketleague players
If you have any of the cars that they have in the game right now (octane, Jäger 619, cyclone, and the Lamborghini Huracán LTO), or any of their painted variants, they should be in your locker under the "Cars" tab
They could have just added the shitty mini game and use different cars instead of rocket league like its so stupid they would make even more money coz rl wouldnt be as dead and they still have that gamemode. They have more people working on that gamemode than basically on rl and they are LAZY so they just take rocket league cars and change a couple things make them look shitter in fortnite

the rocket league devs said that now the game has launched they can go back and focus on rocket league itself
