It’s hard to tell from the pictures on the website, but does the 2.0 Rivendell set include flicker flame candle lights? Seems like that’s a big change from the 1.0 version.
Hi there! In the Rivendell 2.0 set, the lighting has been updated from the 1.0 version. While the 2.0 kit does include flicker effects, they are designed differently. The set features a flicker effect bit light in the main hall, one in the study within the tower, and two in the waterfall section outside the cave. These lights flicker independently and at a slower rate compared to the 1.0 kit, making them gentler on the eyes. :)
Very helpful video! Please consider doing a future video including how the power comes into the system (how it plugs in?) and also how the lights are controlled on / off and special modes, etc. These are the aspects I do not understand
I have contacted customer service several times now regarding th LMB 2.0 for the natural history museum. There are only 5 bags and 3 are wrong, I even have Star Wars pieces. Customer service say I have all prices especially bag 3, I have no docks I have the wrong cables, I don’t even have a UBS cable to turn the lights on. This set cost me £120 and I really feel like sending this back for a refund. Please see the list below of items that I haven’t got. Bag 3 1. DS 4 dock - X1 2. 8 dock - X1 3. FLX-TPB15 - X1 4. AR-Y30 -X1 5. 1X1 plate back open stud - X1 6. B5 CABLE -X1 7. B15 CABLE X1 8. FLX-B30 USB CONNECTOR - X1
I just bought the rivendell 1.0 set and set it up and find out there is a new 2.0 version which is better. Is there a way to exchange the sets by any chance?
At 3:17 when he's says about the new cable "there is no gap" you can clearly see a small gap between the triangular piece on top of the cable and the small triangula 1x1 plate . It is minimal and and I do like the system
