What to do when you get ping offs during a lash lift.

To start with, don’t panic! This is a completely normal thing to happen when lash lifting using and lash lift system.
Lash adhesive is water soluble, meaning when wet it will dissolve. The main ingredient in lash lifting solutions is water, therefore ping offs can occur.
To fix this, make sure the lashes are free from any solution, we used an application wand for this step. Then apply lash lifting adhesive to the tips of the lashes and brush the lashes back up onto the shield!
Remember it is so important to have the lashes correctly placed for step 2 as this is the ‘fixing stage’ when the lashes are fixed into their new shape.
