Can we get an Aramid Fibre super thin case for the S24 Ultra?
Also, I wish your cases had individual cutouts for the cameras instead of one big cutout.. that would be sick.
I've bought mous cases for every phone I've had for over 10 years and never once have I not been more than satisfied. Just proper quality products and excellent customer service when needed a replacement quickly once. Will be buying one for my new phone in the next week or two!

@@Mouscase Do the Magsafe cases affect the functionality of the S-PEN ? On some other Magsafe cases this phenomenon is seen and some dead spots occur on the device screen when trying to write with the S-Pen. Various others have asked the same question so would appreciate an answer. Thanks

Gonna be leaving Otterbox for the first time ever, so I'm really hoping y'all don't let me down! I wish there was a way to see what the different case's looked like on the different colors of phone's before buying either 😅 I was gonna do the Violet but then I saw the Walnut and I'm not sure I want Purple showing through on my Walnut case lol
Me too. After having two cases of OtterBox since 2020, I’m about to check Mous.
I used to have an Otterbox case for my old Samsung phone, and I was quite happy with it. However, I noticed a problem when driving on hot summer days while using apps like Google Maps and music streaming. My phone tended to overheat because the Otterbox case was trapping the heat inside phone case. Smartphones really need proper heat dissipation, especially when running resource-intensive apps and when the screen is on for long periods such as navigation.
Many cars lack dedicated phone holders, so people often resort to air vent car mounts. This can be a mixed blessing during summer. With the air conditioner on, it can help cool down the phone, but on sunny days, the heat from the sun can actually cook the phone at the same time. In winter, using the car's heater can inadvertently warm up the phone through the air vents.
I don't fault the case manufacturers for this issue; rather, it's something that should be addressed by car makers.
I got an S24 a month ago and got a few cases to go with them. One of them is a Mous Limitless. I find myself using my Mous case more than the others! It protects my phone well and I can use Magsafe charging and accessories. I wish the Clarity Iridescent was available for the S24 / S24+ phones, though! I love the look 😊 Thanks for making great cases!

Half way through the video a text came up and said that cases for s24 are not magsafe, can you please clarify, I want a good protective case with magsafe for my s24

Will the magsafe cases ans the ring attachment affect the S Pen? As in, will it cause line breaks and stuff?
Nope, will not interfere on its own! SPen does not work properly when a MagSafe accessory is used alongside the case, so we wouldn't recommend using the SPen when the case has a card wallet on the back or when it's mounted. But it should be fine using Magsafe case with SPen.

Does the limitless 5.0 for the s24 ultra support putting a shaped camera protector on covering all lenses and surrounding area ?

Hi would you recommend using a screen protector with the Mous limitless 5.0 pixel 8 pro case or do the raised edges do enough to protect the screen if dropped, also are your screen protectors compatible with this case?

Does the Magsafe mess with the SPen?
I'm my experience on my s23ultra I've only has issues with magsafe with the s pen when accessories are attached to it. Not by the case itself.
Love my mous case just wish if had cover over usbc port!!!!

Did add a Limitless 5.0 to my rotation (Black Leather) and no complaints. Added a Clarity 2.0 to be and to see the color of my device but not a fan of the side material.
Hi Warren, thanks for your thoughts. Perhaps you are talking about the rippled grip ribs on Limitless 5.0 versus Clarity 2.0 which does not have it?

@Mouscase I saw the converter, but I feel like it'll throw off the look of my walnut case, and add bulk. If I attach it, will it get in the way of wireless charging and magsafe accessories?

This was a useful video, but still left unanswered my main concern about the intralock case for the S24 Ultra: can you take the phone off the mount with one hand? It's a very wide phone, can you reach both buttons of the intralock mechanism with one hand?
Also, I wish the cameras had individual cut outs instead of that single huge ugly cut out.
Think the first one is a subjective question since it will vary depending on the hand size but it's possible to take it off using one hand since we've done it in some videos!
We have noted the feedback about individual cut-outs and we will discuss this with our product team.

Will u be making the collab cases available in s24 ultra, anytime in the future? Or will they just be strictly iphone. Also does the phone case have camera protection on the s24 ultra pls bc the cameras are quite big on the s24 ultra and i wont get a case unless it has protection for them !!
Not yet sure about the collab cases but def worth considering in the future😊 There's always a minimum 0.2mm gap between the back of the phone and inside of the case, including for the camera, plus the added thickness of the camera bump on the case. It's plenty to keep the camera well protected!

I really like the line up but was sad to see that there is no intralock/magsafe s24+ case. since the s24/s24+ have a different design (which i prefer). but im considering to buy an s24 ultra so i can use magsafe/intralock. Would be really nice to see that coming.

sorry AutoAlign mounts will not work with any S24 Ultra cases as they are integrated with Magsafe compatibility rather than the former! you can check Magsafe compatible mounts from our website though

Mous, i got a question. is the Clarity 2.0 and Limitless 5.0 phone casings offer the same protection?
they both have impact-absorbing material, Airoshock but Limitless is on another level because it has rigid backplate and microfibre lining!

I was looking at the Mous web site, it only mentions Apple compatible in the descriptions and in the video it doesnt mention if the 3 in 1 charge works with the Galaxy Buds and Watches. Only mentioned the Samsung with the magsafe. Can you adivse?

Yeahh i feel like they werent clear about it, as why would u need a 3 in 1 charger if it only charges ur phone? although, samsung products are not compatible with magsafe without a case (so unless u had something to make ur galaxy watch compatible, it would not work on this charger !)

Does magsafe affect s pen in samsung s24 ultra and hows your drop protection
Magsafe case will not interfere on its own! However, SPen does not work properly when a MagSafe accessory is used alongside the case, so we wouldn't recommend using the SPen when the case has a card wallet on the back or when it's mounted. But it should be fine using Magsafe case with SPen.
We currently do not provide exact drop protection ratings although our latest stunts just goes to show the sort of protection you can expect! We also extensively test the cases to ensure that you can have confidence in these levels of protection.

Looked into getting a Mous case for the S24 Ultra but it says it doesn't ship until 7th Feb, 2 weeks after the phone arrives... Would love to get one but I'm not sure I want to be caseless for that long!

I ordered S24 Ultra with Samsung's own Anti-Reflecting screen protector (EF-US928CTEGWW). Will your cases be compatible with that?
Afraid I cannot guarantee it will fit but our cases are designed to be used with our screen protectors

I would also really love the intralock for the S24! I prefer the smaller phone and do a ton of biking so would love the intralock functionality. I have concerns with the safety/strength of using the converter. And also being able to use other magsafe accessories that I use all the time (like the ring stand and car mount). Is the intralock converter compatible with those accessories??

Someone in galaxy eco-system bought this and then find out the watch slot is useless. probably the galaxy buds will not works very well, i remember there are annoying buzzing sound when charging galaxy buds on an off the market charger

I've got a mous case for my Note 20 Ultra. The S24 Ultra seems to have removed the SIM card storage cutout :(
That is very out dated in the end. Especially with e-sim being a thing now.

Guys, what is magsafe? Why would we want this for an S24 Ultra? Does it just mean a magnet?
Heya! It is a magnetic technology developed by Apple Inc. Although MagSafe is an Apple trademark, the core technology powering it-Qi wireless charging and magnetic alignment-is not limited to Apple devices. Numerous Android phones have supported Qi wireless charging for a while, serving as the foundation for MagSafe's charging capability. Nevertheless, the magnetic attachment feature of MagSafe, enabling various accessories to snap onto the device's back, is not inherently integrated into Android phones. That said, Android devices can instead get a Magsafe case to enjoy the said magnetic technology.
Third-party cases featuring MagSafe-like designs are causing disruptions with the Samsung S Pen functionality. The strong magnets embedded in these cases generate a magnetic field that interferes with the S Pen's electromagnetic resonance field. This disturbance affects the precision of the S Pen, leading to inaccuracies or unresponsiveness, as the device relies on the undisturbed electromagnetic resonance field to determine the stylus's exact position on the display. Users are advised to exercise caution when using such accessories to ensure optimal S Pen performance.

I appreciate the video and seeing what's going on in the case industry. But still can't see myself using any of these. Just don't think I'll find a case that looks as good as the phone itself.
But I do wish the case industry would think of those like me...phone "nudists" who want a screen protector that feels like the screen and covers like 99.899% of the screen. A screen protector that is NOT case friendly. The edges of case friendly screen protectors cause a distracting experience when watching videos.
I'm not even trying to protect my screen from drops. I just want something that prevents me from wearing off the oleophobic coating & keep the screen looking good. Once the protector starts getting smudgy...put a new one on and the display looks fresh out of the box again.
