The Red Key on the keyboard on his cover: The color of Selena's dress was Red at a certain party (Watch the Attention music Video + the attention cover is red). Since it is the F sharp it could be possible that it is the pitch of Selenas Voice or it stands for the F word (Attention is a harsh, very sad and heart breaking song). Just guessing ^^

And he also mentioned that the song "We don't talk anymore" was about a friend, he said he came up with this idea when his friend told him that he and his gf had broken up and they "don't talk anymore" Charlie just put some melody to it. But in another interview he said the song was a true story that had happend to him. So... it's pretty confusing ...
But I know that song, WDTA, can't be about Selena. He made the song and then called Selena to sing it. End of the story. I don't know what happened next though.

That One Girl I guess what we can say though is that it does pertain to him now since he and Selena “don’t talk anymore “ sadly. Well, no matter who the songs refer to, hopefully we can all agree he has an amazing talent. 🙂
weird... in another interview charlie said completely the opposite: he said “boy” its a fantasy of him and how funny its that he can make a song that was just a fantasy and now he said he experienced that situation (older woman) otherwise he couldnt write it... kinda sad since I thought he the nicest nicest guy on earth, why did he had to lie...;( wierd
He lies a lot when he first starts to talk about a new song. I feel like he always needs conficents before he can admit, that he talks about personal experience in his songs.
