It's not unheard of. It's just forgotten because it was forgettable. The gameplay was horrendous in both games. Even if the story was great, it's hardly any fun playing a game that becomes a chore. I for instance like free roaming maps and especially a map like London which was rare before Watch Dogs Legion. But I simply can't enjoy it because the cars handle like shit, there's no way of looking around you and the general controls are just bad. I liked the setting, story and vibe but that couldn't save these games.
Hey, m8. This game was great, i replayed it many times, but it was too rushed. You can see it from miles away, that the game is incomplete. If you see a video on behind the scenes, there is an actress that played "Zara", that she was this character that loved Viktor. She only speaks once in the whole game and Eddie calls her a "bitch" lol perhaps it implies that she was given a bigger role but there were missions deleted? I prefer to think that, or else they made a big deal out of a simple cameo of two Times only in the entire game: in "Vor"and "Return to the scene of the crime" Monroe's death was unfortunate, but it was too fast. The developers didn't give us enough missions for us gamers to be attached to the characters. Could have been an amazing game :(
Been looking out for this trailer for ages, thanks so much for publishing. I watched this over and over in a PlayStation Magazine Demo Disc. I love both games, fantastic stories and great characters! :) Why cant they bring them on the PS4 store with trophies! :/
From what I can remember, the fighting with Eddie was quite good in this game. If a more polished version of it came out, I can imagine it would be the closest we'd get to a proper action game. The only GTA game that was as good as TG:BL in action sequences was IV: Slow, heavy, loud and with proper physics.
Absolutely masterpiece. Sad that there are no gangs in free roaming and Mitch has only HK69 in free roaming. Sad that there are no melee weapons in free roaming. Sad that cool places from The Getaway are closed (huge underground parking in Chinatown and mansion in Hyde Park). But this game is cool and it looks pretty modern. My favourite moment in the game is "AAI PIZDA POSHOL NAHUI" (Chapter 4)
I remember getting this driver 3 and San Andreas for my 16th birthday barely got any sleep for a week cause I’d be playing them all day and night Eddie was my favourite

On my 13th Christmas I got San Andreas, Black Monday, and Driv3r. I was hyped! Black Monday I beat in 3 days :D

I prefer the first one. Less glitchy, better story and more likable characters
