I feel the sensation in both hips- and low back- tightness and need to move. July 2024 the 144 tone at the end changed into a different tone that my ears heard. Also the unusual pain released. ❤
My cat came running as soon as she heard the sounds. She been rubbing all over me during this.
Made me sit up super straight. Spine is on fire at the base of my skull. Skin feels hot, almost like I'm sweating. Lots of saliva. Started laughing like a maniac. I felt a moment where it felt like some fat inside me melted like hot butter. I feel like I can see the inside of my skull. I feel like a balloon that is being blown up. One Love!
This tuning has been been repeatedly saving my buns. I have felt SO down, SO low, so much pain in my chest (emotional)... each time I listen to this, the pain goes away. I feel an enormous sense of relief. It's literally helping me get through one of the hardest times I've been through! Thank you so much!!

144 is essentially the frequency of Mars. Resistance feels like war--flow feels like radical forgiveness.✨I mix it with 210--the synodic moon, which softens the experience.
how did you find out 144 is the frequency of Mars, ? I always felt it was the frequency of love, the essence of everything in the beginning
@@feralfreebirds Yes, it definitely carries the essence of peace--which is the true essence of Mars, outside of our blighted expectations. For example, "everyone knows" that Mars is "the red planet". But if you look in the sky with your own eyes, it is obviously pink. Same principle applies. There is a system for translating the orbital periods of the planets into hz -- 144.72 is the orbital period of Mars.

Man! You made this video 2 years ago and I just received my forks 2 days ago! Not to be a downer, but seems like our world situation has gotten worse so this is timely.
My very first reaction was that this frequency was broad. It “said “ it all about dissonance. I felt it it everywhere in my body and field. It took me awhile to let go, breathing and moving helping. Then I felt myself accepting these tones as they touched places they resonated with. Thanks for continuing as long as you did with the 144. 528 hang the bell of hope; I felt lifted higher than I could go but it filled me with aspiration that I knew achievable.

Ok so my 2 year old son has been sick and on pain. This healing has helped him relax and fall asleep 🙏🙏🙏. He's very empathetic and takes on the heaviness and energy of everyone else.

Thanks again Eileen I’ve come back to this at least 3 times now. Each time has been different. This time I felt the vibrations do like a circle around my body starting at my ears and head then down my left side through my toes the up my right side. Just discovered your work this weekend. I had mental images with the 144 of a thrusting medievel sword. And a few of the strikes were almost painfully loud and piercing (piercing, definitely the predominant adjective for me). After the session, I feel more like a silent witness of what's happening in the world now instead of being buffeted by the crazy "winds" blowing through our human collective during this time of great change. I can simple observe without judgement and I feel much calmer. I'm interested to see how long this state of being lasts :) Thank you. I wonder if you know how bravely visionary you really are, Eileen. You're a revolutionary being.
Thank you. I've been grieving hard and feeling quite lonely after the loss of my husband to suicide. This helped relax my body. I know grief is a process but thanks for the frequency lift. ♥️🙏

Dear Eileen thank you so much for these session and all the knowledge you are sharing with us...i have two days in bed cannot walk from pain in my right hip (feeling unworthiness) But in these two days I have been understanding many things, the pain is there to tell you something...i don't take any medicines so I have been trying to learn from the pain...today in this session (after your realising this video two years ago) i did feel the sound penetrating the whole body and you kept speaking...like if that pain was finally telling me why is here? Then i cried and said everyone expects something from me especially me...why i cannot be just the free spirit that I really am? Too stiff....be flexible with yourself...and kept repeating that...thank you so much Eileen for entering my life🙏✨
The movement your referring to is the sound wave moving through your body. I was watching an experiment with a physicist and tuning folks, over a bowl of water and the waves it created were powerful and full of energy vibrating at the speed of light.
We are also 90% water.

WOW! This session surfaced a dark shadow hidden deep near my heart ( gave me the shakes n shivers for a second) I sat with it and it revealed a sadness,fear and a not belonging stemming from SCHOOL..... ugh such a not good time there for me! I still sometimes have school nightmares lol so glad to wake up and it not real lol. I believe it freed up that space and moved out because I felt very zinggy and good after! The 144 sounded so clean and beautiful at the end💞 thank you so much!!! Looking forward to getting this fork!! I loved the grinding no mercy rawness of this fork!!!!

Well, that definitely IS a totally different sound and feel! On your first strike, My entire body tingled. With subsequent strikes my scalp felt like it had prickly needles on it. The needles stayed through even the 528. After your video ended, I immediately used my 528 on my husband and myself and he went to sleep….for an hour (in long haul recovery). THANK YOU!

Eileen thank you for this tuning. The fork is mighty - wow. I have a few of your forks, they feel like a child's play next to this one in terms of intensity. The very first strike took me straight into the most potent moment of my medicine ceremony (from years ago!) ...whooosh! ...i was not prepared for this. It was the exact moment of most intense realization of the seriousness of the situation on this planet, an overwhelming and almost painful urge to wake people up to the truth, and the heavy feeling of responsibility for a purpose still to be fulfilled...I had goosebumps and a mini panic attack moments through the first 10-15 strikes. The fork became the medicine and you became the shaman- i saw the vibration go through your energy before it reached us bringing with it the tone of your own strength, it was leading us, showing us the way out, just like a shaman does with his icaros when it gets tough. I should mention i am an extra sensitive person. I can also sense wifi and "cell towers"(frequency modificators), thank you for bringing that up - when one can feel/see it- there is no debate, it is very strong, blatant, and undeniable in its disruptive interference. I have been talking about their influence on our health to my clients for years, in fact, i offer a German health test that measures it and allows you to see the degree to which these synthetic frequencies control the state of your health - in fact at this point electric interference has become most people's number one health priority. I whole heartedly agree with the premise of the book.. The Invisible Rainbow.. However, without electricity, and other forms of energy.. Most of us died even earlier deaths from infections, accidents, weather extremes, dirty water, food poisoning, lack of modern medicine etc. Everything has its pros and cons.... 😔I'm Watching this video months after it was made, and you are awesome! Thank you so much. That was amazing. I really needed this. When you first striked the forks I felt a rush of energy enter my head and straight down to my feet. Then it brought up a lot of grief and pain and the tears came up. It really activated my sacral, solar plex, and heart chakra and I also was shaking..felt a tingling throughout my body.

so im an empath and I did not watch this live but I store negative energy in my back and this made my back lower back hurt really bad I had to put sage oil on it to release that energy
wow, several months later....I had an unusual cough for months and could not get rid of it until I started using the tuning forks. As it is almost gone, this fork's frequency traveled right to my throat and to the top of my lungs. It started to make me cough but as I sat here and you kept striking, the discomfort subsided and actually went away. I purchased the pair. Thank you

I am halfway through reading your book.
Sadly my finances don’t run to buying your forks so I have an affordable set which I can’t wait to start using.
Whilst watching this (in bed ) one of my little dogs, who usually sticks to my husband like glue, came and laid with her head as close to the phone I am watching on as she could get.
She stayed for the 144 then got up and moved back to his side.
Very bizarre but I believe she must have needed it.
I am now working my way through any videos I can find of you so I can learn from you.
I hope to be able to help myself as I have several autoimmune conditions and very painful erosive osteoarthritis.
Now have neuropathy in both hands and feet so my life is quite miserable and because I refuse pharmaceuticals my doctors have no interest in helping me.
I am praying that the tuning forks hold the key to me feeling better.

I've been feeling unwell for a week, flu, headache, aches and pains, weak and just poorly. Have been experiencing incredible headaches, from time to time, for over a year.

We are entrained to identify with a name of an illness instead of what caused it. Exposure to mercury, mold, etc. When ppl are not well and say they have Hashimoto’s, etc. they are often looked at as neurotic head cases by ppl who have found a therapy as one tool for not being symptomatic, or as an adjunct toward healing. Then when, or if the “healer” becomes unwell their take on things often changes. I feel it is important to have empathy for others, and one can do that without enabling symptom chasing.
I love this frequency! This one is very powerful, thank you for making a difference.
