i had the same thing happened to me stef! went to the ER , went to cardiologist , had a heart monitor and they just ruled it out as an anxiety attack ! they are not fun & scary but i’m glad that it wasn’t anything serious ! 😢

I was thinking this sounds like an SVT episode. It took years to find out I have aFib (at 37). Just had an ablation and it has worked so far. I know they also do ablations for SVT.

I had a similar experience and mine ended up being a severe panic attack. Never really got any better after that just learned to tell myself that I’m okay it’s just a panic attack. Hopefully it’s nothing serious and you get better soon.

Yup I’ve spent a 24 hours in the hospital before. My sitter slept, me not so much. They woke me up every hour, then every 2 hours. Have to go home to rest. Sending prayers.
Housing is crazy, I bought my house in 2014, supposed to be a starter home, now I feel stuck, which isn’t favorable because the school district isn’t the greatest and my daughter starts elementary school this year. It sucks. Also would like to live in a more country setting vs city outskirts.
I also had SVT, my heart would feel like it switched over to a fast mode (200ish) and it would last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. When it was over it was not gradual, just 200 back to under 100. I had an ablation and hopefully it’s not ever going to come back. I also took beta blockers in the mean time. I hope it’s not an issue for you but if it is there’s hope ❤
Have your doctor refer you to a cardiologist or electrophysiologist! Didn’t know I had an electrical defect until I was 20. Diagnosed with SVT, heart rate would jump to 280 a lot. Just had my ablation in January and feel so much better now. Or look into POTS.
During Covid lockdowns I literally thought I was having a heart attack my heart rate was elevated, my left hand had pins & needles with chest pain so I went to the ER. My husband couldn’t go in with me at that time & when they did the EKG they came in & tell me it didn’t look good so I panicked. I was kept. 24 hours for observation & still had to be alone it was so awful. Anyway turns out they did my EKG incorrectly & all tests were normal! I was annoyed but happy I was okay it was just anxiety.

I had something similar happen and kept happening and they couldn't find anything for years and then finally I had a heart monitor put on for 30 days and they found out that I have a heart arrhythmia and I can't tell you how many doctors I saw and how many times I wore a short-term monitor or saw a cardiologist and they kept saying it was anxiety but it definitely was not. I have supraventricular tachycardia. I've been on medication for years now to control it.

Jimmy John's "The Veggie" sandwich add onions is my most eaten sub. I don't really like sandwiches that much though. Not counting burgers and chicken sandwiches, I love those. I feel like I am going through a faze where I pretty much hate all makeup and think I look as bad with it as I do without it. It's a lose, lose situation. Ugh
I had that too and my doctor determined it was a panic attack. It can also be fluctuating hormones which I think mine was. They checked my thyroid too. Also can be electrolytes being off.

If they don't find anything, get a thyroid test. My heart rate went nuts because of hyperthyroidism. I still have to take meds for it. Sorry, not trying to diagnose you. I went through this for a year or two, and it damaged my body because they did not find it.
They did blood work and some panels and so far everything is normal. He did say they would look closer at my thyroid especially if it happened again 🤷♀️ thanks 🩷🩷
