How to draw a GALAXY with a FUNNEL : Neon galaxy acrylic pouring UV Light

How to paint a galaxy with a funnel.
It's easy acrylic pouring technique.
just use a funnel and twist.
Neon fluorescent colors with UV Light bulb. (not day light, normal light)
Funnel pour.
-acrylic pouring medium recipe.
30% Elmer's glue all
30% Water
40% Floetrol
(If you don't have floetrol, you can use elmer's 60% water 40%)
-Medium:Paint ratio 1:1
-Added silicone oil
-Use neon color acrylic paints
-Need torch, for come up cells
