    3) Kim has access to real clinic-sized red light machines, that I am sure she uses every day or every other day

The point is that Kim K doesn’t NEED to put in much effort into getting to the gym at 5am because she has the money to outsource the time consuming responsibilities that the rest of us have to take care of ourselves, PLUS money to pay someone to come motivate her. If she was a nobody, there’s a solid chance she wouldn’t be going to the gym everyday, among other things.

Kim Kardashian looks absolutely beautiful, but if you look at untouched pictures of her, she looks her age, and there’s nothing wrong with that. I would love to see her use her platform to promote beauty at EVERY age because trying to live in a time capsule where you never look a day past 25, is as unrealistic as trying to live forever. I know it’s not just her fault, but when I see tik toks of 20-year-olds making tutorials about how to be less emotive when you speak in order to “prevent wrinkling,” I can’t help but be horrified at where we are headed as a society.

No one has ever looked at a short girl, (like me) and said, oh, she should be a model. No one has ever looked at an old haggy person (49, me) and said, wow, I hope I look old and hagly. It is part of life, yes. But it isn;t pretty. No matter what we tell ourselves to get us through the day, we all want to look nice. Old, fat, haggly, short >>>>>NOT CUTE. I stopped drinking over 7 months ago and have noticed a drastic decrease in puffiness and my skin looks so much better. I also lift weights for bone health and do Zumba for mental/brain health. I have 2 silk pillowcases from Slip and 2 from Celestial Silk. Despite advertising better quality (with numbers), the Celestial Silk pillowcases are noticeably rougher than Slip, so I really recommend Slip. I haven't tried Lilysilk. I recommend getting the ones with invisible zippers rather than envelope closure. Also they run rather large to fit thick pillows. If you have flat or smaller pillows, they won't fill them out, and you'll end up with wrinkling of the fabric. I use medium-loft talalay latex pillows that fill them out nicely.
