@@travellerinterrupted2519 I admire both of you! You should be very proud of yourselves that you are able to make such trips. Most people in the world don’t know what a gem Greece really is.
Great video on your Greece trip. I noticed you had a silver screen fitted at one of your camp sites. We have the same Burstner ixeo as you can I ask where you got your silver screen made. Thanks
Hi, so glad you enjoyed it. I’m sorry but we can’t actually remember who we got it from, we’ve been asked before and Brian took it out and looked everywhere for a label but couldn’t find one. Sorry!
Great video - thank you for posting. We are looking to get a scooter to accompany our motorhome - can you please let me know which one you have as it looks suitable.
Thank you so much, we were blown away by all the beautiful places we visited in Greece. We also loved the people. We didn’t have time to visit Macedonia, a good reason to return in the future. Best wishes
Hi, it’s a Honda SH Mode 125, we’re very happy with it. It’s light, comfortable, and happy to carry us both along at 50mph/80kmph. We added the top box so we can leave both helmets with the scooter while we go exploring, plus I fell more secure with it behind me.
You missed the most important thing to see the primary school or Genocide Museum. Kalavrita is a very historically significant village where all the males were rounded up in the second world war and executed by the Germans. The females and children were locked up in the school and were set on fire.
Totally agree, we missed out on seeing the Genocide Museum. Unfortunately we could not get a ticket for a later train and our time in Kalavryta was too short. We will have to return there next time.
We are planning a trip to Greece next month, so thanks for the vid. We have a humble Vivaro self build and I think I prefer that to your huge rig, but each to their own, I do get the luxury. Also we live in central Portugal so that is our starting point, better than yours. I am in two minds regarding planning, whether to learn how apps work and spending time searching, or winging it...We have a dog named Boo, so maybe the latter. ruclips.net/video/_6lgsH-z1pc/видео.html
