Hi, first of all, the video is not labeled properly, it´s not the Infinium version, it´s the previous model 333-212, I already wrote to the admins to change the title. What I liked about the amp is the fact that you get a 3-channel,tube amp with practical features, lots of gain and many sound possibilites for little money. However, the same fact could bring some reliability issues - if you want to build such a complex amp for little money, you inevitably have to compromise the quality somewhere.
This amp is primarily for players oriented on heavy side of playing. Although you CAN get pristine clean sounds and hard-rock overdrive sounds, the range of the gain on channels 2 and 3 clearly shows that it´s meant to be played by heavy guitar butchers :-) (For hard rock and blues Bugera offers other models.) But then again, that´s always a matter of taste and I´ve seen blues-rock guys using this thing on stage too.
mexguitarplayer I've had mine 333xl for 4 months now never had a problem and the sounds only gets better with the longer and older the tubes get, the sound of mine now is just like the peavey 6505 1x12 demo here on yt, so if you like the way that sounds you'll like the 333, dark and silky sounding, they fixed the issues with this amp..that was years ago they had problems
Yes, it has 4 6L6GC tubes or 4 EL34 tubes, and you can switch it to use either. Tubes are labeled "Bugera" but my understanding is they're made by Shugang (Chinese). Has 3 preamp tubes, 12AX7A, 12AX7B AND 12AX7C.
was that "trains" by porcupine trree around 7:20? nice
