ONIMUSHA 4 LIFE!
Onimusha is my favorite game series EVER. This and Rygar were my first PS2 games I received with my system for Christmas.. Then I discovered GTA 3 and my understanding (and expectations) for video games changed forever.. Open-world gaming blew my mind! I still love the beauty of a structured story.. nowadays there is almost TOO much to achieve in open-world.. I've been playing the same BOTW file on-and-off since the day I got my Switch!
BRING BACK ONIMUSHA!
Maaaan, I really wished they would release this for modern consoles. Apparently The first re-release didn't sell well enough but I still have my fingers crossed.
Mad memories of this one and my brother and I quote Gogandantess to,each other regularly... We are in our 30s haha.

I wish the game forced more encounters because those issens were a treat to watch.
Its so sad that this franchise is basically dead. The amount of games they could have made, the genres they could have delved into. Hell, at this point, i would even buy an Onimusha Racing game...
Maybe racing on horses and you can hit people, kind of like the game Road rash. We'll call it Horse rash.

Big ups Woady B for showcasing this incredible game. Great to see that a guy that really struggled with issens and chain issens not too long ago is now running the game in GDQ!
One of my favorite games of all time.
Onimusha 2 was my jam! I even had pages and pages of notes mapping out the gifts, the effects of trading them to each person, basically every variable. I’m talking like Dark Souls levels of figuring this stuff out on my own.
Just started playing this game, it's awesome!

I actually enjoyed this one the most. Loved the consequences of your actions and choices with your companions. I probably played 3 the most and 1 the least but I resonated with 2 the most.
Today I learned the fire sword is optional...
The original dark souls that you can soft lock yourself

I loved this game as a kid. Put so many hours into it and I dont think I ever even beat it haha
How about running Genma Onimusha, the enhanced version of the first game. Don't see that very much.
