The welcome aboard announcement 3 in 1. It sounds incredible. I'm glad Alstom and their team brought back the inside LED destination and the screen monitor.
Nice vid, nice vehicles. Thanks for posting. One remark: If bikes are allowed in these LRV’s it would have been a good thing to set aside some designated spaces to place and secure them. Now they block the paths and can become a danger in case of an evacuation…
@@lbc_transit_and_trains Guess I got lucky, visited the other day and of the five cars in service (three trains), three were un-rehabbed, and of those one had original color scheme

Time for p2550 to get their treatment and a screen monitor
@@coastercrafter1productions300 I agree with You.

Siemens trams, hm. Other than the doors, they really do look like the Sheffield Supertrams.
Exactly my thoughts.
Will I ever try out the Los Angeles light rail system ??
I saw a video that they where testing the p2000 in the gold line tracks by Duarte station.

why is the old acceleration and deceleration sound gone?
Well it looks fresh at least. However, these are still the most tin-can-on-wheels of any of the trains in service. Rehab or no rehab.
I drive a 1986 Nissan Sentra and it feels like a tin can on wheels compared to a modern car
The P2000s now have a French low-floor tram beeper that sounds thrice
I hope this train Siemens p2000 rehab train goes on A and E lines soon.🙂
Wow. 204 got repainted
Yes it did when I last time saw it testing it was still original paint
When is the E line getting their P2000
E Line will be all P3010 for Tourism purposes (most people will be using this after they transfer from the K line from LAX)
@@lbc_transit_and_trains I wonder if the Siemens P2000's will roll on the K Line once connected with the C Line (Green) by 2024?
@@lbc_transit_and_trains or Bredas p2550 i haddnt seen a P2550 in east LA since the Pandemic
@@coastercrafter1productions300 they will not be seeing any assignment on the E Line, they’ll be only be running on the A Line
@@lbc_transit_and_trains so basically replacing the Nippon Sharyos fleet besides the P3010
The old p2020 announcement
As of right now, how many P2000's are rehabbed and how many are not, approximately?
Basically all of them now
@@lbc_transit_and_trains Guess I got lucky, visited the other day and of the five cars in service (three trains), three were un-rehabbed, and of those one had original color scheme
I still think they should’ve refreshed the P2020 cars
Yeah
DraconiteDragonOfficial left the chat
yup you don’t like the rahabbed ones
The rehabbed P2000s are better
It's a piece of $h!+ that breaks down all the time
Still doing Mask BS. Gavin must be gettin' off.
