Well , the ONLY reason those areas are deserts 🌵 is because of crime

Simple fix ! Solve poverty by implementing a reparations program for black American (descendants of USA chattel slavery) increase city contracts with black businesses by 110% and invest in black millennial/gen-Z in south Memphis! By doing that crime will decline by 99%!
