Jeffery Dalhmer, John Wayne Gacey, Ted Bundy, Lizzy Borden, and Hitler Amongst Those CAUCASIAN SAVAGES.. I Will Admit that Criminal Savages R Bad, But NOT as Them CAUCASIAN SAVAGES taken SAVAGERY 2 a WHOLE nother Level. Correct ???

Not just about crimes.. There are no type of jobs or Industries that's really there
Former Senator Al Gore tried to address that matter back in the late nineties and it worked for a little bit but now in the 2020s it is a big and massive problem now

Simple fix ! Solve poverty by implementing a reparations program for black American (descendants of USA chattel slavery) increase city contracts with black businesses by 110% and invest in black millennial/gen-Z in south Memphis! By doing that crime will decline by 99%!

The black people living in the south Memphis neighborhoods don’t work and pay taxes so that’s why there are no stores and good public school systems.
