SERIOUSLY, this so-called "Legendary Battle" was SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! For Koichi Sakamoto himself to come here, and yet we barely get ANY original footage of Rangers fighting in this war, and to not see interesting, unique original concepts being used utilizing the Past Rangers...Heck, the lack of recognizance for ALL THE PAST RANGERS(Tommy's not the only one that matters, ya know, you jerks...)
Such a subpar ending. Megaforce is literally the worst Power Rangers Series to date.

Past teamups before Clash of the Red Rangers gave a lot of homage to past rangers, even when Disney owned PR back in the days. They gave each past ranger a decent amount of screen time. The Legendary Battle mainly focused on the non legendary Megaforce rangers, which made it so disappointing. What's the point of bringing back past rangers if you're not gonna acknowledge that!? Well it don't matter cuz I'm glad this 20th Anniversary is over. With Judd Lynn back to produce the next PR season, hope it will be good. I really don't care if they adapt the dinosaur teamup (MMPR/Dino Thunder/Dino Charge). I just wanna see Dino Charge by how it will be as a whole. No relying on MMPR. No relying on nostalgia. No relying on the past. Let's let it go for now. Anniversary is over.

YES let the actors direct,they seem to know what to do.Pass it down from generation to the next.
One thing that always bugs me is people wanna see some proper action more than a few minutes. It's like don't waste 43 episodes on garbage save some of that for the good stuff... Power rangers in space was always my favorite series & with the final episodes they were supposed to show us more than what they did but didn't cuz they couldn't do an extra episode so they cut much of it out...
Does it say anything that I enjoyed this My Morphin Life episode much more than I did the actual Legendary Battle?

I'm not surprise considering I doubt he paid much attention to the fact Zhane had a different Morpher than the rest of them and it's not like they were always morphing together like most 6th Rangers eventually do.

So happy they had some the actual ranger actors in this episode: Wes, Leo, Carter, Dana, TJ, cassie, Krone and Damon and 2 other ones and the man, the myth, the legend, TOMMY.
WHY was there even a Dino Thunder Black on set? They went through the effort having Zeo team redless and Dino Thunder team blackless when they showed them. That guy got payed for doing nothing.
Seriously, if you look at the trailer that they made for Legendary Battle, in the shot where Leo, Karone, Damon and Wes are helmetless, you can just barely see a Res Zeo ranger in the back. So they filmed scenes with those suits for no reason.

Shit episode. Wish there was more "Legendary Rangers" , ie Jason and everyone else, than those hipsters called the "Megaforce Rangers". Also, did anyone else think the green ranger disappeared in the final fight only to reappear in the end? That got me upset.

Green Ranger only had one footage in the sentai footage hence the reason why you don't see the green ranger during the fight

They send out invitations to A LOT of the veterans, sadly enough most of them declined.
But they also was paying them shit and in a sense wanted them to work for free in the episode so that is the main reason many of them declined. Since saban wanted them to work for free.

This was definitely cool. The only thing I would change is having Selwyn as the red turbo ranger and making this longer than just 1 episode; if they could afford it, make it a movie like the gokaiger goseiger team up.

This was fun to watch. I was at London Comic Con the year Jason David Frank was a guest but did not have a chance to go to his table too focused on Richard Dean Anderson and Tom Savini. Met others who did and everyone said he was a great guy. One person got his lower leg autographed and later got a tattoo artists to ink over it making the autograph permanent.

I wonder if Jason will get involved with Lionsgate's MMPR reboot for 2016. Speaking of which I was shocked to learn that there still making more power rangers seasons continuing from this one. I for one think that they should've ended the series after this season due to both bad reviews and the idea of bringing all the power rangers (by far) together.

Brandon Scott I'll admit that some serious changes should be made to make the franchise popular again. But I don't see any reason why JDF should be kept out of it.
Man, JDF should have pitched the fight to them. That Idea of green rangers using his dagger would have been great to see.
1 - I'm glad they got rid of the Fighting Spirit silver stripe for this.
2 - HOW DID THEY MESS UP THE TITANIUM RANGER SO BADLY!? That part of the helmet was INSIDE of the visor.
1. they actually didn't get rid of it they had to paint it out in post production.
2. no clue it's possible no one had noticed the problem and even if they had it's entirely possible that it would've been too late to correct it during filming.

They didn't mess it up the character was wearing it but the glass wasn't on it's been in the lights peed rescued a few times trust me

What I find interesting is, he was not by any means a massive star. He was a small time actor in small budget films/movies.........Yet, he was MASSIVELY loved for being the person he was, having the heart he had, and loving his fans the way he did. Jason will always be a part of my life and my kids lives, even though I never met him. And that speaks volumes for the type of person he was and the legacy he left.

Man, it sure is taking a long time for the Tommy Oliver VS Ryu fight to be released. With how long it's taking I sure it's got more story to it and not just a short 3 minute fight with commentary before hand.
I'm glad an extended cut was released of the Legendary Battle episode. Its hands down way better then the original cut.

I knew they introduced all the teams in the script but of corse they cut it for time and yet it wasn't included in the extended edition.
It was good to see jdf and Jason faunt and what not again but it wasn't legend....wait for it...ary. Legendary!

Legendary battle was terrible. Too short. They should have made it a tv movie like in Japan, to give the legendary rangers more time in action. Anyway, I love Jason David Frank. I have been following him since DT and am working on watching him from his Green Ranger days. I wish they would make a sequel to DT with the original rangers inclduing JDF. Anyway, can't wait for next season of My Morhpin Life!

Come on let's face it when Power Rangers debut, there were only 5, Red, Blue, Black, Yellow and Pink rangers. Tommy Green ranger came in later. Then Red, Black & Yellow were replaced for the movie version that's when Lord Zedd was introduced and eventually Tommy also became White ranger. Then all the sudden a blonde took over the Pink ranger role after Kimberly left..... And I never watched the franchise since then
CM Hunk Not quite. Black, Yellow and Red weren't replaced for the movie version they were already replaced. Something to do with contracts and Saban not agreeing to what Walter, Thuy and Austin had wanted which is why they had went on strike for awhile and that eventually lead to Saban deciding to replace them. Lord Zedd was introduced in the second season and not in the actual movie. Kimberly leaving wasn't anyone's fault it was something that Amy Jo had wanted to do and Power Rangers agreed to let her leave which is why Season 3 gave a lot of focus to her so that they could set up writing her out.
the original yellow ranger died in real life so of course they replaced the yellow ranger >o>
No one yellow ranger died in 2000 I think so mmpr was over
Lord Zedd debuted at the beginning of MMPR Season 2 when the original six were still around, they replaced the Dino Megazord with the Thunder Megazord and still kept Tommy as the Green Ranger but he didn't get a new zord (because his powers were too weak to get one). Then Lord Zedd destroyed the Green Ranger for good, his powers were already depleted from the green candle in Season 1 so Zordon tried to restore Tommy's powers using his energy wave to fuse it, but it didn't work because it was only temporary. As a result Tommy became the white ranger, then the original red yellow and black rangers were replaced afterwards.

The "Legendary War" wasn't good but it was nice to see some of the old Rangers again.
