Blower door testing should be required on all new builds and major remodels. They should be used at several points in the build process to catch leaks early.
That 4:53 is a good idea. At my parents place I remember the hole cover would actually left up, when it was very windy outside. We lived at the edge of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, and the winds were so bad, it would tip over semi trucks. It would take the yard furniture over the fence to the neighbors yard. If it happened on trash day.. lol well not good. But it happened only a few times a year,

We need mandatory blower door tests for all new builds!
Blower door testing is an under appreciated tool.
All news home must be as built tested. Other places do this already.
