How do you troubleshoot an aircon LEV valve | Mitsubishi VRF

Brand : Mitsubishi Electric
model : PDFY-P100VM-E (FCU-Ducted)
Error code : no error.
Complaint : aircon not cooling
Symptoms : One of the FCU LEV fully open, CU TH 4 reading very low.
Cause : LEV faulty

May high pressure over 550psi
Or thermistor fault
Or indoor lev
Or solenoid valve clogged
Or dirt heat exchanger
Or indoor air short cycle
And etc....
