Great question Abalis. It depends on the kind of mobile device that you intend to use. If you are using an Android phone then you must create the template on Epi info PC and transfer to mobile. But if you have an IOS device, you can create a form directly on your phone and deploy it immediately. Also, you can modify the sample forms but you have to do this on the PC first. I hope this helps?

How come we are now talking about epi info on Android?
