It will be helpful if you could make a video explicitly pointing out the different tiny resistors, inductors and capacitors on the motherboard of any popular smartphone?

Hye sir. I replaced my friends phone screen because it gets into water. After all is done, it seems cannot find connection📶. The sim is detected but cannot be read and shows ❌📶. I wonder if there would be a mistake during screen replacement that can cause this to happen? Or the chip is broken due to water?
