The game at 21:00 is called open the box. You play it with two dice. You throw the dice on the green, if you get a 6 and a 1 you can open the 7 or the 6 and 1. The aim is to open all the numbers. The pink, stone with cable is a salt lamp. They give a very nice glow.
2:46 Three Fishes Inn at Mitton is still going strong. In the late 16th and early 17th century the Three Fishes was a hiding place for criminals of the day. Some of the Pendle Witches were kept here until they were taken up to Lancaster.
I normally watch all the "ghosty" videos on here, but I came across you guys, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE you both! You're funny and feed off each other like an old married couple! I'm glad I found ya! With love, from Thermopolis, Wyoming!!!
8:27 you have a disembodied banter going on under your voice, Matt! Please let me know how you go with Hearing it back... Love watching from New Zealand with Love.
i have been in a dark place with my depression recently, i watched this vid and couldnt stop laughing at you two, you are better than my medication !!!! you have cheered me up so much, carry on doing what you do and you really need your own tv programme, but back to the vid its so sad when houses are left like this if you have no family or friends to leave it too you should make a will and leave house and contents maybe to a museum or charity, such a shame x
We are sorry to hear that you have been suffering with depression but are really happy to hear that we could help in such a small way even if we just put a smile on your face even for one day and it helps you through that’s our job done. We love to see comments like this as it makes our day as well. Thanks so much
The cabinet that had the wire mesh on is what we call a meat safe in Australia, ( no doubt else where call it that as well. Just so the bugs n rodents don’t get to ya food. Oh Andy, Andy, Andy it is such a laugh to have ya back. You have been muchly missed, you two bounce off each other, classic.... Much love to your wife & your sweet daughters Andy xxxx
That place is near me, it was a great watch! I watched another 'exploring' channel in between binge watching yours, and I was bored! It was refreshing to get back to yours! I shall carry on watching your other episodes now, I love the way you look through everything and don't just stand there asking "is anybody there!"
Was there someone squatting in that last part of the building? The food looked clean & it would explain the radio being on & whispers & sounds that some of us heard throughout the video. Loved the house, especially the photos, it's such a shame they've been left behind.
Its a shame all those precious photos were left lying around as they hold so many memories of past history and life. Just left abandoned. Genealogy sites would enjoy them for family connections.
I was doing a paranormal investigation in an old Sanitarium and came across a bedpan. My team mates looked at me like I was a crazy nut when I said "look at the goesunder" I just burst out laughing and showed them one of your videos later that night. 😂
The stuff on the guys hair that you thought was brillcream was Macassar oil , arm chairs would have cloth on the back called a antimacasser to stop the oil getting on the chair.
This video came along just at the right time it cheered me rheyt up, not laughed so hard in ages at that broken doll and Andy with that coat...classic comedy duo, glad to see Andy back, big blessings to you both and families from South Yorkshire XX
My grandmother had those wire mesh cabinets to keep fresh food such as cheese, meat and even cold cooked foods . It kept the bugs away as they didn't have fridges in those days it was the coolest place for food. The room is a pantry . All preserve jars of fruit and veg were kept in there. Looks as though they just stored stuff when it fell out of use. I'm with you Andy, I knew all of those faces in that tv book brought back memories,!!
I think the writing on the back of the wedding photo where he describes the colour of their hair, eyes, complexion and colours of the clothes they were wearing was so that he could get the photo redone in colour.
Just watched this episode.. wow.. Matt ur laugh is so contagious.. I was in tears laughing.. you two really do cheer me up… no one gets the English sense of humour here in Canada.. am so glad I found ur channel..am looking forward to seeing your trip.. keep ‘em coming..👍
Fantastic video guys. Good to see you back. Matt does a great job on his own. But the two of you together just adds more banter. Much love guys from the Netherlands ❣️🙏
Seen quite a few of your videos now and this is the first that has made me laugh so much I was crying 🤣🤣🤣 hilarious! That freaky dolls head and that dressing gown that was rock solid 🤣🤣 so funny! Thanks for the laughs guys!
The photo with the baby makes me think it might be one of those photos when someone's kid died and they get a photo taken of the kid made to look like the baby is alive bc the parents want a photo to remember the kid
Shoes were Victorian Clogs are for clog dancing hence the metal on the bottom look it up was really old form of working class entertainment. Originally working class shoes in the uk/usa and Oz early form on tap dancing
That woman in the photo at approximately the 6:10 mark definitely does have an uncanny resemblance to Andy‼️ Could be his sister of him as a woman ‼️‼️😂🤣😂🥰💖💖💖
Yes getting swatted with that razor strap definitely hurts. Got swatted a few times growing up. That coconut purse was neat. And yes it would be a good weapon if you were getting mugged. Club the mugger with it. Pretty neat stuff in this place. That cabinet with the mesh is probably used to keep fresh baked pies and bread in to keep Flys from getting on them.
40:06 I think the film you were thinking of might've been 'Empire of the Sun' starring a young Christian Bale? It was one of my favorite movies as a kid.
Great house! So funny to see a Metallica Lp in there!🤣 I've got an 100 years old iron just like the one you found. It belonged to my gran and I use it, along a same age electric, one plate stove, to bake flatbread. 😉
The cupboard with the screens was likely a pie safe for cooling fresh pies and keeping bugs off of them. So glad to see the team together again! Xoxo from Canada
Crikey i almost dropped my coffee when Matt said he would eat the skin of his feet, I'm hoping it's a wee joke 🤪. Matt can fart to his hearts content because of Andy disturbing whatever was in that box 😂 great explore guy's. XX 💙💙 That lady looked like Andy wearing a Wig.Comb is the word your looking for regarding the hen. 🐔 Matt you didn't fart last week when you were with Rachel, poor Andy tut tut.
remember them hair clippers back i the sixties my uncle had a set of them don't think he ever used oil on them lol they pulled your hair out rather than cut it
Welcome Back Andy! Glad to hear your wife is doing alright. 🙏 Witty as ever! Lots of cool old things in this house. The last room you were in, with radio, looked cleaner than others? Maybe it was stayed in to keep watch over property? Just an idea.
I have bn watching this video and I'm all ready laughing at both their humorous comments just looking at Andy's face some times makes me laugh his expressions are so funny honestly every video I've watched their so enjoyable
Oh my God I have missed you both together. I was laughing so hard I was in tears for half of this video. My favorite part is Andy saying it is to teach you to write smaller. 🤣😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣😂🤣🤣😂😍
The TALL Man in the black n white photo is “Werner Vaughn (Von) Braun”. He was one of SEVERAL Natzsi Scientists taken to the United States after the War. They were recruited to work for the U.S Military and we’re HIGHLY Compensated. “Werner Von Braun” was their TOP/HIGHEST Scientist. He was the guy with Good Intentions. He was the “Good Guy”. He tried to warm citizens of the U.S that the Under-ground government have a plan to enact “FAKE” Alien Invasion in order to gain control of the Mass and bring in the Apocalypse. {True-Story}
Um, guys, I think that purse is an egg shape…😂😂😂. That picture of the “gang” with Hitler was interesting! The 😅picture of Andy “As a woman” was hilarious!! I love to see Andy back and I’m so relieved Mrs. Andy is doing better. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. You all never let us down. What an awesome duo. Love you both!!
Think that was a himalayan salt lamp Andy picked up. Thanks for the laughs, you two are a breath of fresh air xx
yes, its supposed to purify the air or something isnt it?
The game at 21:00 is called open the box. You play it with two dice. You throw the dice on the green, if you get a 6 and a 1 you can open the 7 or the 6 and 1. The aim is to open all the numbers.
The pink, stone with cable is a salt lamp. They give a very nice glow.
That movie you were trying to think of Matt is Empire Of The Sun starring Christian Bale, it was an epic movie but it always made me cry
2:46 Three Fishes Inn at Mitton is still going strong. In the late 16th and early 17th century the Three Fishes was a hiding place for criminals of the day. Some of the Pendle Witches were kept here until they were taken up to Lancaster.

Glad to see Andy back. Good video. Also, the cabinets with the mesh or vents in the doors could be versions of a pie safe. Great fun.
That's what I was thinking
This was so great! I'm happy to see you back, Andy! Sending healing prayers from Iowa USA to you and Mrs Andy!
37:51 Sharing a tent with Matt's windy arse would not be a good idea Andy 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
The stone is a salt lamp the stuff in that house should be in a museum
That thing was a Himalayan Salt Lamp, it’s been left to long unplugged so it’s deteriorating
Omg!! that bit with the coat made me laugh my arse off another great explore ♥
Hello John myself and my family would like to send you are condolences to you and your family for the lose of your brother with love from angel 😢🕊

I know it as a pie safe in the United States. To keep the bugs and flies off of the pie while it cools off from the oven.
The box game with slider over numbers is called shut the box. Great video missed u two bickering 😂
You know... As crappy as life can be.... You two always take away the depression and discouragement with your humor. I love you guys❤❤❤❤
That place is near me, it was a great watch! I watched another 'exploring' channel in between binge watching yours, and I was bored! It was refreshing to get back to yours! My Nan would have called the cupboard with mesh across the door a “ food safe” brill explore lads 👍🥰🐾🥰🐾🥰🐾🥰🐾
The stuff on the guys hair that you thought was brillcream was Macassar oil , arm chairs would have cloth on the back called a antimacasser to stop the oil getting on the chair.

The belts above the Singer sewing machine were razor straps for sharpening straight razors!

The cabinet you thought was a fridge is a medications trolley we use them in residential homes 👍
Where's bear I love seeing him he's so cute you and Andy should take him with you always
We have only just started taking him out with us more often on our explores. He doesn’t come out on every explore depends on how risky it is .
It's a cut throat razer strap used to strop the razer on to get the shards of metal off after sharpening keeps the blade sharp
U two crack me up love your videos keep up the good work guy's 👏
Fantastic video guys. Good to see you back. Matt does a great job on his own. But the two of you together just adds more banter. Much love guys from the Netherlands ❣️🙏

The weird light thing looks like a Himalayan salt lamp that's like melted or been eaten by rats lol
That cabinet with the names in is a medication trolley that nurses use!
Andy does need a microphone, that would be great
The little vent thingy is like a humidity thing, you can put stuff like cigars or stuff in there
